The view was the best. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and drinking coffee was awesome. Everything was there for us towels toiletries. It was a great place to stay.

My sister and I stayed for an extended weekend, and Kim thought of everything to make us comfortable and well accommodated. The beds were super comfy, everything was exceptionally clean, and we have a beautiful view. We were very happy to see that she had a set of table with chairs that were high enough to see over the railing rather than a View through the bars on the railing. She walked us through locating the property as our GPS kept taking us in the wrong direction. She was very accessible when we had questions was quick responses. We highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Such a slow moving weekend filled with lots of experiences. My girls made lots of new friends who were visiting the beach for the day or their grandparents for the weekend. Everything was within walking distance except for the super market which was just a short drive. The beach was great for us - lots of passing boats, live sand dollars & hermit crabs. The distant sound of the music from the nearby restaurant & low population of beach goers made it feel like it was just for us. The water was shallow so we could learn to paddle board. The dolphins in the canal behind us & sunrises right outside our window made it a great experience. The room was perfect & all the amenities by the owner were spot on. We hope to return (soon).

The place was absolutely perfect! My wife and I enjoyed our time here. When we picked up my mother in law, she loved it too. The beautiful view and the sunrises in the morning, along with seeing dolphins and manatees popping up in the bay occasionally…everything was just top notch. An easy drive to Sarasota or Tampa or Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches and fun shopping all within 30-60 minutes. You won’t regret booking a stay here!

We loved this place. Everything was so clean and neat when we arrived. We loved the book of nearby attractions and restaurants. And we had fun using the pickle ball racquets and balls at the courts on property!! We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the boats and birds navigate the quiet waters. Every evening we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and bright sun rises! We would definitely return!!!

The unit was very clean and beautiful. The communication provided from Kim was exceptional. The items available in the unit were very thoughtful and appreciated. The resort restaurants and amenities are within walking distance. We had a great visit.

The host did an amazing job of creating a beautiful, relaxing and calm atmosphere. The unit was immaculate, the welcome basket was filled with so many thoughtful treats, the beach chairs came in handy and the sheets were the softest ever! Can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for our little family of 3. Everything was cute and clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve slept in away from home! We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony while sipping our coffee, gathering seashells from the beach and watching the sunset from the fishing pier. We also tried both restaurants and they were great! Kim was an exceptional host! She made the renting process so easy and enjoyable. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us wonderful recommendations to make the most out of our stay. We were so surprised to find a basket of snacks and some beach stuff for our son when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we really appreciated it! Kim was wonderful and her place is great! We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay. The view was beautiful from the balcony overlooking the water. The studio was modern and clean. The beach was just a very short walk across the street.

Great spot! Dolphins, manatees and pelicans right off the balcony - all amenities thought of. Pool areas and recreation areas clean and well cared for. We definitely recommend!

Nice quiet location, perfect for what we wanted. Make sure you eat at Sunset Grill - a gem. Location was perfect for us since we were hitting all the Tigers games for spring training

Kim makes the entire renting experience so easy. The electronic door lock was nice, no need to find the key in your purse/pocket. We heard no outside noise or neighbors.

This property listing lived up to it's reputation. Everything said about this property was exactly true. Kim truly thought of everything and we were very happy and loved the view from the room.

Everything is absolutely perfect! Our host Kim prepared the room so that we didn’t want for anything. The balcony is perfect for sun rises and shark/dolphin watching. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the Florida vibes!!!

I love the location of the unit. I would recommend installing signs numbering the units. Property was like a home away from home. The owner was very hospitable.

We had the most wonderful stay. The room was very clean and well stocked with just about all you could need. Kim was awesome, looked after our every need (which was nothing!). The view was fabulous. Sunrises, dolphins, manatees, birds, and boats! Great neighbors too. Plenty of choices for dining nearby. We will definitely book again for our next Florida vacation.

This was our 4th place to stay in Florida during our vacation and it was our favorite. Great price point and the setting is delightful. Water on both sides of the unit. The deck was a perfect place to read or play games. Loved the beach, rented an umbrella and chairs and the guys were super attentive. The unit was super clean, and the beds were so comfy. Kim was great at communicating with us. This was definitely one of the nicer VRBO, we have rented, and I would definitely recommend it. I also liked that it wasn’t a super crowded area like the Keys or Tampa/St. Pete!

Can't say enough good things! This end unit has a gorgeous second floor view. Beautifully furnished with thick lush towels, soft bed, snuggly spare blanket. Kim has thought of everything including a gift basket with snacks, candy and a full size bottle of wine. A Keurig with plenty of pods and a pint of real cream in the fridge, no detail is forgotten! Kim is so attentive and helpful. Through all of our communications I felt like I was staying at the place of an old friend! I'm sure I'm forgetting things I wish I had said. I highly recommend Kim and this beautiful piece of paradise!

My husband and I decided to escape the cold & snow in the PNW for a week at the Inn at Little Harbor. Kim was the perfect host. The studio condo was perfect for just the two of us and it was stocked with water, coffee, a basket of goodies and even a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! The unit is just as pictured and described on vrbo. The deck was a perfect place to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee, or a cocktail in the afternoon watching the boaters, pelicans and dolphins. So much to do in the area, we took a boat across Tampa Bay to St. Petersburg; an airboat to see alligators; and a sunset bike ride in Sarasota. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and two restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We have friends with a townhome nearby, so we look forward to returning some day.
