It’s a beautiful home a little away from the busy areas, which was nice. The walk to the beach was short and awesome. John was great with communication and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and our best friends spent a fabulous weekend at this beautiful house. Kitchen is amazing and has every small appliance anyone could need. We will definitely book again.

*RENTERS BEWARE*. Upon arrival in Hilton Head, we decided to head to the beach to see the “quiet and uncrowded” area that was described in the listing. Only we found the exact opposite. The beach was COMPLETELY packed as far as you could see, due to the street being attached to a public access parking lot, and the boardwalk was shared with the huge hotel next door. We decided to go get dinner and try again later, then we were so excited to finally see our rental after getting a message saying the house was clean and ready. THIS IS WHERE THE HORROR STARTS. My fiancé and I showed up to the house before the rest of the family to find used bandaids, tissues, cups, and unexplained stains in our bedroom. The rest of the family arrived to find DOG POOP and dog hair in their rooms and on their sheets. We messaged the owner to let him know of the filth we had walked into, just for him to ask me if “I want to clean it or do I want the cleaners to come back to do it?” Of course I asked for the cleaners to come back and clean it, then I was told that it was my fault for showing up to early and rushing the cleaners. After arguing back and forth about the cleaners mistake, the owner decided if we don’t like the house then we are not allowed to stay in it, and requested VRBO to cancel our 7 day reservation. We were left with no backup plan 7 hours away from home. Luckily we got a refund after hours on the phone, but were left with no home or hotel to go too. Awful experience never rent here

We had a great stay and excellent communication with the owner

House was great for us. Every family has direct access to a bathroom and beds were big enough for all. (4) adult couples and (4) children. Large sectional was the spot to be when everyone was winding down. Large dining table was our gaming table. Kitchen was large enough but did get congested when everyone wanted to be around the island cooking snacking and talking. Location was even better than anticipated. We were on a street that ended into a state beach access with good facilities. It was not overly busy. We walked past about (4 or 5) neighbors into the park and onto the boardwalk. Loved it. Very safe. We did need the owner’s help during the stay and he was very quick to help.

This was our second stay at this home and it was another amazing week! It’s our new favorite on HHI. We loved relaxing in the private pool, the quick walk to the beach, and playing cards at both the indoor and outdoor seating spaces. Kitchen has plenty of cooking tools if you want to stay in but also close to lots of great dining options. Owner is very kind and responsive!

Very nice property and an easy walk to the beach

From the beginning our hosts were wonderful at communicating and following up. The Hilton Head property exceeded our expectations in many ways. Comfortable, plenty of space, very short walk to the beach and a welcoming pool and backyard to relax in. Our first family vacation in many years .. we certainly picked the right property and sad to leave!

We have been coming too HH for over 20 years. This was the first time we have not stayed in one of the plantations. Everything about our stay was perfect. The property is represented online exactly how it really is. It was extremely clean when we arrived. There were a couple minor things that John took care of immediately. He was very responsive and interested that things were perfect. The beach and park are close and very clean. We will definitely be back!!

Great spot for our family vacation. Super close lto a beach park with great amenities and easy and accessible route into the beach. Swimming pool and patio in the back yard perfect for quick pop ins between the usual HH summer rain storms. Updated home with everything you’ll need. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent property in the perfect location on Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 8 months to 5 years. Short walk to the beach and a nice in-ground pool. The owners were easy to contact, promptly replied to questions and were a wealth of information. My one son-in-law described our week there as "epic" and I agree!

The house was perfect for our family and pup. The backyard was fenced in with a pool which we really appreciated after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it’s only a 5-7 minute walk with a beautiful board walk in a park setting. We grilled out on the back deck almost every day and it was so nice to sit out there in the evenings with our family.

Newly renovated, spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach and a playground. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property could not have been more perfect for our spring break stay with our kids and pup. It is a lovely house with a beautiful new reno, great fenced yard with a pool, surrounded by nature yet close to everything you could want. A 5-10 minute walk down to the amazing beach. The house is stocked with all you need for a big family or two smaller families to share. The owners were so very helpful and responsive with respect to any questions or needs. This was our first visit to HHI and we are so happy we picked this property to stay. We will be coming back for sure!

This was our first experience with VRBO. Check in and out process was a breeze. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to contact before, during, and after our stay. The house was very spacious and in a great location the beach and to the restaurants and activities around town. Pool was a bit small but still plenty of fun for the kids. I would book this house again.

The property was really nice, everything I was hoping it would be. Plenty of room!! My grandkids were not ready to leave!! We are going to make this a yearly family trip....just loved everything!!!

Seeing my brother and his family was the best part of our trip, but the location and space found in this wonderful home made our week so much more memorable. Beach was a close and easy walk. Everything about this home was comfortable, and the owner was quick to answer questions (so very nice). Would definitely visit again!!!!

Everything was there that we needed. It was a very nice property. A bit farther from the beach then i anticipated tho. But quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

There was a wonderful beach cart to make bringing our items to the beach a breeze. Plenty of seating, eating space, and a sweet little pool in the back for the kids to cool off. The home was very clean and great for family. The backyard is lovely and quiet and we enjoyed spending hours in the shade under the second story deck. The pool is small but perfect for kids. The owners were great to work with and very responsive.
