Nice house, roomy and airy, well equipped. Great open front yard visited often by deer. One year we saw Sika deer. The location is quiet and very dark at night, easy to see stars we never see in the city.

The lovely grounds made a pleasant, peaceful first impression. When entering the house, we were impressed with the decor, the cleanliness and the many attentions given to detail. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were a comfortable distance to town with easy access to Rouce Harbor. We stayed five days giving us time to explore all the highlights of the island with ample time to enjoy the house and deck. We would return gladly.

Very nice property in a scenic location. Bunk beds in one of the rooms were a bit uncomfortable, however. Could be replaced with one twin bed.

Good experience

Great house for a larger group including kiddos. Large kitchen area and two different tables make plenty of options for eating and lounging. It was rather hot, however, so if you need central air during those hotter days, this might not be the place for you. I am sure that during more normal temps, it's just perfect. The deck was wonderful, but tough during mosquito season - definitely bring bug spray! Overall, very lovely stay!

The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with every kind of pot, pan, utensil and serving dish. There were plenty of spaces to seek retreat as well to gather. The deck was our favorite place to gather when we weren't out seeing the sights. The yard and surrounding areas were quiet and so peaceful. There were in-the-room air conditioners for those stuffy times of day. The line es were first class. Gaining access to the property was made easy by the excellent communication between your management company and us. When we needed something, you answered the call very quickly.We would suggest that the refrigerator be updated. It had trouble keeping our items as cool as we would have liked. There are several popped nails on the deck which had to be navigated.The deadbolt to the master bedroom back door did not work.

We enjoyed our friend’s weekend here so much. The property is beautiful and is located in a perfect location for easy access to Roche Harbor. It has a perfect secluded feel and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The property management team was excellent in communication, and are very courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

The property description was accurate and the house was very clean. The primary bedroom is spacious and the jacuzzi bath was nice after a day of hiking. We enjoyed McMillian's for a great meal with a view of the harbor. Duck Soup was our favorite for fine dining where I enjoyed sea scallops prepared perfectly. Whale watching, sea kayaking and hiking were extremely enjoyable experiences on San Juan Island which exceeded my expectation for a big Nature experience. I would highly recommend this property as a great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in a quiet setting in the woods.

The house and property were very nice, with a view of the bay through the trees. We saw sika deer a couple of times in the yard. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

This property was very nice - great location, rooms well appointed, beautiful deck and yard. The only issues we had were some cleaning issues. The entire floor in the kitchen, living room was very sticky (cleaning products used most likely) and some mirrors/windows were noticeably streaky. The oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner and not wiped down. We did notify the management company who did apologize and will work with the cleaning crew. The rest of the property was very clean - it was just that the items noted were very noticeable.

Quarry Point would be perfect for families, or two couples, plus a couple of kids but only my husband and I booked it for a week. Multiple windows taking advantage of views, (mostly forest), in every direction plus many skylights had me trying to turn off lights that weren't even on. Spacious wrap around deck provided multiple seating areas. Master bedroom and bath were quite large with soaking tub and walk in shower. We closed the doors to the other two bedrooms, bath, and laundry room to not waste heat. Parking was right next to deck and only two easy steps to negotiate on entire property. The property is very near Roche Harbor but you don't see or hear it. It was just a very comfortable and super clean home that we won't forget.

The place was a wonderful place to stay, less than 2 miles from the Resort in Roch Harbor, where all the activitys were we went for. Only drawback was not enough hot water to fill the Master Bedroom bathrub.

Very clean and nice kitchen tools

We were absolutely wowed by this home! It was clean, beautiful, spacious, lovely! We loved everything about our stay here!!

The house was exactly as pictured on the website, very clean and in very good repair. It was fully equipped and well organized. The check in process was easy due tot he detailed information emailed to us by San Juan Property Management. If you've never traveled to the San Juan Islands pay attention to the need for ferry reservations and make them well in advance. We had made ours early and had no problems with ferry travel. Roach Harbor is walkable from the house or drive over. Lime Kiln State Park is a 20 minute drive and its possible to see Orca whales from the beach there. We were looking for a place to have a relaxing weekend and Quarry Point was a great choice.

Very quiet serene setting, general condition of the property was excellent. Only complaint was the deck furniture was worn and uncomfortable and the barbeque was dirty.
