This place is great, close to everything. We checked in 2.5 hours after check in time and our condo had just been cleaned But they left trash bags and dirty towels in bags at the front door. Not the type first impression your expect. But, I would recommend the place. Service was great.

Overall very pleased with cleanliness of property and amenities in room. Lazy river outside tower 5 is exceptional! Restaurant selection is good, just wish more offered more kids meals (choices). We’ve stayed here multiple times and will stay again! (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 and 9)

Our family spent 5 days here and enjoyed our stay. Condo was as described, clean and great overall location and communication. Wish we could have explored the grounds more, daily long periods of rain dampened our stay a bit but gives us an excuse to stay again soon to be able to utilize all the amenities there is to offer on site!

Beautiful resort. Good restaurant’s on property. Near all attractions. Only down fall was the timeshare they wanted you to attend. Very persistent.

Had a great time in our suite at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Updated room, modern full kitchen, great amenities and 10 minutes from everywhere Disney which made it so convenient!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for my son's golden 16th birthday. The resort is really beautiful and located right in the heart of Disney properties!! We were only asked once to attend a timeshare meeting and politely declined. The room was nice - they said we were staying in Tower 1 because it was newly renovated, but it didn't seem like many upgrades were made. The central air was definitely not working properly, but it didn't bother us because it was pretty chilly when we visited (the cold front in Nov had temps in the 50s-60s). The room was nice, with all essential items provided free of charge (including laundry detergent and dish detergent). I recommend staying in Tower 6 or 3... they are much closer to the pools and larger gym. We didn't get to enjoy all the resort had to offer because we were at a park every day, but we will definitely book through Tina again... we want to come back and enjoy some of the VIP benefits that booking through her at this resort can offer!! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Property was well kept, easy access to Disney and highways in and out of Orlando area. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Lots of activities provided if you choose to participate. Plenty of parking. Our room was just as pictured. Everything worked well. Very quiet where we stayed. Highly recommend staying there.

This is a great property. Wonderful amenities, clean, great parking. Everything you need is given to you! Our dryer didn’t really work in the room, but other than that…it was so wonderful!

We had 7 people in our party from age 83 to 6. This was a great experience. We have high standards for cleanliness, the unit an the resort met those standards. The resort is close to everything, the pools were great and we would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the location and service of Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't believe all the amenities the resort offered. It's located just off Disney properties, so we felt like we experienced the benefits of being close to Disney without the price tag! We highly recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

My mom, sister, son and I flew to Orlando to celebrate my son’s birthday in Disney and were excited to stay at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek that I booked on VRBO several months earlier. When I tried to check in I was informed that my reservations had been canceled and the resort was booked solid that night. I assured them that it hadn’t been canceled and even showed them my reservation and final booking details from VRBOs site, but on Wyndham’s end it was canceled! I was definitely freaking out, I think this is everyone’s worst vacation nightmare. I messaged Tina and she was quick to get back to me and try to resolve the issue. The only problem was that the reservation somehow did get canceled and we had no where to stay that night. Long story short, Tina ended up having to pay for us to stay at a hotel room next door which meant carting our bags over, checking in & putting down a security deposit, which would not have been a big deal if they hadn’t accidentally charged the card the full amount. So we had to to go back and speak to several managers to assure we would be refunded because Tina had already paid for it. Then of course we had to check out the next morning to wait for another check in time at the Wyndham. Our entire first day and half of the second day was completely wasted because of this mess! Not to mention the headache of dealing with all of this and the back and forth on the phone. Tina did comp us some of what we paid for this hassle, but honestly it was not enough. If our trip had been shorter than 6 nights, it really would have been ruined. All that said, when we did get into the Wyndham, it was great! The location is ideal, the amenities are everything you need, it’s super clean and beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, but I would recommend booking directly through Wyndham bonnet creek to avoid any glitches.

I would absolutely recommend staying here if you need a family-friendly place, close to Disney Parks, and will not break the bank. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. We had such a great stay!

Quick check in with pleasant staff. One of the down sides was they kept trying to get me to go to the 1.5hr long meeting about the property even after I said I was told I didn't have to go because of how I rented. I found a blonde hair and a brown hair as well as old brown/red smear on pillow case. No big deal but if you are concerned then just keep that in mind. Also we got a ground floor room (I didn't make any requests on level) and the "patio/balcony" opened right into trees next to the trash. Plus side no people on either side so our 4 year old couldn't bother them, also right near one of the pools. Great place to stay as long as they don't bother you about the presentations.

We loved our stay at this location, and this was our second time back! Beautiful condos, multiple pools that each offer there own unique perks, and wonderful staff. Right in the middle of all of the Disney parks, but with more room and a cheaper price tag! Will definitely be back again. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Our whole family loved everything about this resort! The grounds were very well kept. Lots of options on things to do, and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed!

I wish they had more transportation options to Disney. That’s my only issue with this place.

This was our 2nd stay. You can not beat the location and we love the easy access to dining, pools, ice cream and cocktails after a long day at the park.
