My family and I have been staying here for many years. The location is excellent! The property manager has great communication. She messaged me and asked what my expected arrival time was and had the cleaner have it ready a little early for us.

This beach cottage was cozy and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close to the beach, shops, restaurants and all the fun things to do in Old Orchard Beach!

Nice place for a quick family getaway

The unit was a bit small which we knew ahead of time, but the bedrooms were perfect for us and our three boys. The location is awesome and Janet and Karen were so kind and helpful. Easily available and willing to do anything for us. We hope to stay again next year!

The unit was spotless and well equipped, there was a slight issue (someone was parked in our spot) owner was on site within 5 minutes of being notified to resolve. We were so impressed that we are returning next year with the whole family (about 20 of us) as they have 7 units very close to each other

Location was excellent to access beach, restaurants, shops. Plainly furnished, mish mash in kitchen but basics supplied, toilet paper holder broken, BBQ grill dirty, no light in backyard for table and grill, no directions for tv. Not terrible, not great.

Perfect home base for our beach weekend! Karen & Janet we’re very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and very comfortable!

This is our second year back at this unit. It is clean, the owners are very nice, helpful and super easy to communicate with. The location is close to beach & pier, but just far enough away so it's still quiet. Very happy with our stay!! Thanks!

The Seth Unit was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Close enough to the beach to walk to Palace Playland and the Pier. We would stay here again in the future.

We had a 4 day stay and enjoyed everyday of it! Great location for a great price. We were able to take the kids for early morning walks to the pier and beach. We didn't go to to old orchard Beach area for our beach trips but it was nice to take those quiet early morning walks . We have been going the Maine for many years and usually visit a different beach area. All in all it was a sweet trip! So close to pier fries!! And the arcade!! Can't wait til next summer!

We had a great weekend at this condo. While it was small, it suited our needs - it was clean, fresh and well kept. It was stocked with essentials, pots/pans, paper towels, TP, silverware, glasses, etc. We were grateful for the AC in the main living area. And we found the bedding and pillows to be comfortable. It was a quick walk to the pier. As expected, we could see/hear the train, but not a deal breaker, because that's an issue anywhere you stay! The owners were very easy to communicate with prior to our stay and were kind. 2 suggestions - the master bedroom fan could be replaced with one that works better and it would be nice to have a few hooks around to hang towels/wet things from a beach day. Great stay overall, will return!

Karen and Janet the owners were really kind and responded to all our requests and even more, our stay was very nice and enjoyable. They always respond right away and give us real nice service, really if we compared to some other place in Old Orchard Beach. Our children and grand children love the place. Close to the Pier and activities. Comfortable place.

Great location with the exception of the "train" giving the horn during the midle of the nite.

What a lovely place. The owner was very helpful when we did not bring towels and quickly sent some down. She also recommended Fielders choice Ice cream. My husband is a diabetic and they had the most amazing sugar free french vanilla.
