Nice property! Very comfortable and clean house. Kids loved the football table. Lots of little features that made things easier and convenient! Will return!

We were in Holly Hill for a pickleball tournament and the house was 1.2 miles away.

We had a great experience and nothing but positive and high recommendations!!

The manager was very honest and great with us throughout the whole process. Would definitely book with him again.

The property was very clean and the property host was quick to respond if needed. The location was within 15 minutes of everything my family and I wanted to do. We could not have asked for better for our first family vacation.

The property was a great layout. The only thing that caught us off guard was that some of the "children" on the trip with us were 16 yr old boys expecting to have a bed. Found out a day or so ahead of time that the bunks couldn't accommodate them because of weight. Moral of the story traveling with smaller children, this is a great spot. We pulled mattresses off and slept a couple of the older boys on the floor. All in all a good property and good location.

This home was exactly as advertised in a quite neighborhood super close to the bridge to cross over to Atlantic Avenue and close to the Daytona Speedway. The owner was in contact and answered any questions we had, the A/C worked great, the home had a fenced yard for our dog so no leash walking but still pick up the poop. LOL We will rent again when we are in Daytona. It was just my husband and I but this home can easily accommodate a large family in complete comfort.

Definitely a great place that’s near the beach. The rooms are spacious and lots of beds to accommodate our family. The shared bathroom sink was a bit small but the double vanity in the master bath made up for it. Will stay again when visiting Daytona Beach. The beach and other amenities were about a 5-10 min drive.

Communication was great with the owner. He went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house is nice and clean as you see it online. The location is good for the beach (not walking distance) good for gas, groceries and restaurants. Everything thing is within 6 miles or less. Definitely a good vacation spot for families and friends. Also the owner checks on you when you arrive. That's good for a property owner. It shows that he cares. Greg & Yolanda

Overall our vacation was great. Definitely would stay again but it would just be more of a single family deal two adults and then the rest small children would better fit this beautiful home. Our host was wonderful. We did not meet but his replies to our messages were instant. Thanks again!

This home is more perfect than the photos show! It was spacious with room to spare, and we had 6 adults total. It is well-appointed with many upgrades, and Preston was super helpful along the way. Everything was clean and ready for us. We were in town for the Daytona race, and we were just a couple miles from the track. Since it was a night race, we visited the beach which is also just a couple miles away. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this home if you’re in the Daytona area!

The property was exactly what was posted in the advertisement. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming. Our family wanted to spend some quality time on the beach and in the warm whether before out kids returned to school. We had been to the area before but we always used hotels for our stay. Daytona Beach Boardwalk and surrounding area was not as fun and entertaining as we remembered. I understand that COVID19 played a major role in service that was provided in the area so we enjoyed more time indoors than outdoors. It also stormed during our trip but having to stay indoors was not an issue. Entry and exit into the property was easy. Grocery stores and shopping was all within 5 minutes of the home. The home pretty much had EVERYTHING you would need in a home besides food. There were even chips for the children. If I was to visit the area again I would definitely reach out to the property owner to see if this property was available. Only suggestion is that a few trash bags are provided to the guest to ensure that garbage is properly thrown out.

The family loved that is was near the beach and restaurants. Also it was very convenient having the small things in the house such as chips for the kids, soap to wash the cloths and the t.v set up was amazing.

I had to clean the mattress cover and put it in the wash but it would not drain the water or dry out I left a bagel on the counter and some dishes in the sink I tipped the maid for her trouble Preston wanted extra money thru PayPal For the cleaning I explained to him the dishwasher was set at 3 hours to clean and we couldn’t move all the dished we used in the short amount of time He asked me not to review him I hope he stops asking for more money Please make this anonymous

My family and I were just stopping for one night on the way to Islamorada in the FL keys. House was perfect and clean! Preston was super great to work with. Do yourself a favor and dine at Chucherias Restaurant. It’s a block or so away and the food is outstanding!

Very nice but will not rent again

We needed a place for 5 adults for just one night and this house was perfect. Very clean and remarkably spacious. 2 king size beds and two bunks, one with double beds. Everything we needed was there. Nicely updated. Would stay again.

Everything went smooth with renting Host was very accommodating !

House was awesome. Plenty of room and 10 minutes to the track. Homeowner was great with communication. Cleanliness was immaculate. We will be back in 2022! 5 min car ride/20 min run to the beach. Running was great as well. I did 12 miles in 2 days and loved every run! Highly recommend.

As a separated Family (NY - FL) this gave us an opportunity to be under 1 roof before next weeks aedding. A chance to reconnect...just us. It was glorious! Thank you. It was perfect.
