Overall, the house is nice, but fell short of expectations. It’s smaller than expected for an 8 bedroom home, especially the common areas. We came with a big family and the kitchen, living room and dinning room area felt tight with the kids running around and everyone trying to cook. We made the best of it. The pool area is nice but again smaller than expected for an 8 bedroom house. Having the lake view was beautiful, but be careful because we saw 2 alligators nearby.

Had a wonderful time at the property. Very clean with a nice lay out. A few issues; the electronic basketball game did not register scoring (bad sensor). I mention it only because two of my grandsons are huge basketball fans and were a little disappointed. Overall a great time for everyone.

Everything in the home is 100% as advertised, and perfect for a large group. Our only complaint is the gate entry process - long lines in the evening. The community needs to add another entry point.

Our extended family stayed for a long weekend. The house looks exactly like the photos. The home is large and everyone can be together or have privacy. The location in Kissimmee is good as a base to enjoy the greater Orlando area. We enjoyed the home pool and the community pools. The house is starting to show some wear and tear. The pool table top was ripped the entire length and the car video game was not functioning correctly. The dryer takes about three cycles to fully dry clothing(we didn’t notice this until the end of our stay). None of these items dampened our stay. We did report them upon arrival so they will be addressed. The host was very responsive. The only reason I would not book this property again is the guard gate situation. You have to enter thru a secure guard gate and the line to access it gets super long. We waited over 30 minutes when we arrived just to get to the scanner to enter the neighborhood.We did find a “back” way to reach the gate the next day, but even with that the wait was lengthy each time we tried to return to the home.

This house was perfect for our family trip. There were 18 of us. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kids were so sad to leave. It was over the top. We will definitely visit again. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a huge home.

Easy to find and once we went in, it was exactly as it was pictured and more! The kids loved the swimming pool. Lots of room for all of us! Not too far from attractions. Game room was a plus for the older kids and adults. Only reported a couple of things and they were reconciled quickly. Either that day or the next. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this to others!!!! Thank you again for sharing your house with me and my family!

The property is incredibly spacious and very comfortable for up to 4 familes. House is well appointed and a short walk to one of the main pool areas. Groceries and shopping are located nearby. Roads surrounding the property are very congested, so be advised that any travel less than 5 miles could take up to 30 minutes, but this is no fault of the property or owners themselves, just an FYI. Would definitely consider returning in the future!

The house was exactly what we were wanting! So many rooms for the multiple families and the game room and pool were perfect for the kids!

This was a fun place to stay. Game room was a hit with the kids, just note the pool table and air hockey table are for fun not for competitive play. It’s a kids play room so don’t get set back if you’re looking for more. We truly enjoyed the movie room especially on the Florida Rainy Days . Location is great and property was in great condition. We enjoyed and hope next family can do the same.

We were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and beautifully set up when we arrived. The kids’ bedrooms were so much fun for them. The pool area was great. The only negative was that the game room was a little too crowded. However, everything in it was great…it just would be better with maybe 2 less items.

My family of 14 had an amazing week. Its tricky sometimes to please a group of 14 but this week it happened. The house was perfect. The rooms downstairs accommodated the ones who couldn't use stairs, so grateful. The teenagers were pleased with the setup and the gameroom. The pool was perfect. It is a peaceful quiet paradise on the back of the house. We enjoyed the bird sanctuary and watching the wildlife all week. The closer proximity to food and entertainment was a plus as well. It was a great memorable week. Thank you!

We had 17 people in our group, and this house was perfect for us! It was very clean, and the location was great. The property manager was so quick to reply to my messages. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

There were 10 of us staying at the house. It had room for many more! Our kids range from 12-19 and they all had a blast. The game room was great , the rooms were spacious and the pool was perfect. It was very clean and just as described. We had to contact the company one time and the response was very quick and helpful. It was a very short distance from Disney, Universal, Disney Springs etc. we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again next year!

The house was exactly as stated in the ad. Easiest check-in ever. Didn’t even have to leave the car. House was phenomenal. My daughter-in-law said it best, "this house ruined us staying in hotels for vacation. Only a house will do now!" Highly recommended this vacation home.

We loved our time at this property when we finally arrived. The check in process required us to take photos of both our id and credit card and then we had submit them to a 3rd party. I was very uneasy with this process. A few more issues is that we asked for extra blankets because some member in our party get cold easily. The property manager said they did not have any? We also needed a few more pots and pans to cook for our large group. All in all it was a good place and a good location near the convention center.

The minute we entered the house, we were all so impressed with the cleanliness, very large living space, beautifully furnished, kitchen fully equipped, very nice spacious bathrooms, great playroom, very nice private screened-in pool with jacuzzi. We had 3 grandkids with us, 6, 5 and 3.5 yrs. of age, and they were so happy living there. We had a corner lot and had a wonderful view of the lake from the side and pool. Inspite of the very hot weather, mid-90s, the entire house was so comfortable. We had a real great time staying in this home.

After some lack of communication on the checking in information, we ended up having great communication between staff. The house and amenities were as noted. We had plenty of room and amenities to occupy our crew. Close to Disney parks.

This place was AMAZING!!!! We played in a tournament and really didn’t have time to enjoy the amusement parks in Orlando. This house made the eleven 13 year olds forget about the other parks. They had so much fun playing in the game room and swimming pool. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

The house is beautiful and roomy, plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the themed rooms, the game room, and of course the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking and shy of the ice maker not working we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay for sure!!

I truly expected to find a much different looking home compared to the amazing photos. But it was exactly as it looks! Awesome experience overall. My only complaint that was my own fault for not reading the details but we expected a hot tub and it functions more like a kiddy pool unless you pay extra per day and hope it actually heats up. I would strongly suggest making this an upfront discussion and decision. But I would absolutely stay here again, and will look for Diamond Vacations as a host if I do.

The unit was everything we needed and more with the resort amenities. We will definitely return next year.

For Disney you can avoid the traffic nightmare on I-4. Osceola Parkway right to World Dr is a snap. Took a trip to the beach, Melbourne FL (Atlantic) travel time 1hr18min via 192. The neighborhood has a safe feel, private security on site, making rounds routinely. I would stay again.

This place was an awesome house. There was lots of room for a large family to be able to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the location to attractions and food and shopping were very convenient.

I was the parent chaperone for a senior trip and this location was absolutely perfect!!! The location is amazing and it had absolutely everything we needed. I highly recommend!!!

The property was perfect for our family vacation and the kids had so much fun. To say they were excited when we arrived would be an understatement. The house was very comfortable and plenty of room.

This house was excellent for our family of 8! The kids all had their own room, tons of bathroom and very spacious. Every area was clean! Towels in linen closets for us. All the amenities including a keurig with coffee available. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent available. The pool was awesome too including the pool in the neighborhood! We had a blast! You can also order food from DoorDash and get it delivered. Game Room was so fun! Smart TV’s everywhere! Couldn’t ask for a better home! Just perfect!
