What a perfect house for the 5 of us attending the state gymnastics competition! We loved having 2 family rooms to spread out, and the games were an extra bonus. The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping areas, and an ideal open concept kitchen/dining room. The yard is quite large and the backyard ideal for an evening dinner. The thoughtful host not only supplied the bathrooms with thick, fluffy towels and shower supplies, but also left snacks, sodas, and coffee as a bonus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We were greeted to this charming home with a hand-written welcome note and a small basket of snacks. The home is clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and a great area to go for a walk. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a delightful home. Super cute and inviting! Very clean. Has almost everything you will need. Our disappointment is that the listing says there is “1 Double Futon, 1 Twin Bed and 1 Queen Bed” in the family room. There is no such thing. When I contacted the host they said that description was referring to a regular couch (the futon), a fold up cot (the single bed) and a blow up queen air mattress (the queen bed). Nothing in the listing description leads you to believe these are the “beds” you’ll be sleeping on. No one wants to sleep on an air mattress when they are expecting a real bed. Also, the house is SO cold. I don’t know if there isn’t heat in the back of the house that might be an add on? My two kids in the family room froze and there were not many heavy blankets provided. I would rent the house again because it served our purposes. I just know now what to expect.

This was the perfect place to stay on our way to Washington. It was perfectly stocked with everything you could want or need. We will be staying here again when we come threw.

The house was great! It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of extra supplies (towels, sheets, coffee/tea, and everything you need in a kitchen for cooking). We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the years to come!

This house makes you feel at home the instant you enter and is so nice for older people as there is NO stairs. The host had so many perks which made us feel right at home. The back yard was perfect with the table and chairs and we spent a lot of time playing games and visiting. Nice neighborhood and very quiet but close to town. I would definetly stay again.

The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time, even if just over night. It was absolutely perfect for my 90 year old parents. No stairs and plenty of space for them to "walk the floors" and look out windows as our weather was not fabulous. We did get to enjoy sitting in the backyard for visiting when it wasn't too cold outside. We will most definitely look this place up if we are in that area again. The host was exceptionally accommodating and we really appreciated that.

Place was clean and lots of amenities. I left you some Hagan dos Ice cream in the fridge. Also left a second large fry pan for your next group so cooking is made Ez. Thanks again! Roger

The house was adorable & very clean! Close to lots of dining options and less than 15 minutes from the Toyota Center Venue. Great place to stay if you're in town for a concert!

Well updated, convenient location, comfortable accommodations. This is a great home away from home. The price is right and Hilary was quick to respond. She had convenient extras to welcome us with a personal greeting, special chocolates, keoreg pods and soda pops. We will definitely seek out this house again.

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving in this beautifully remodeled rambler home. The house is spacious and perfectly furnished. Our whole family felt relaxed as we spread out on comfy couches and watched movies. We wrapped Christmas gifts on the awesome kitchen counter. Thanks, Hillary!

Our host thought of everything. The house is well laid out, open concept, comfortably appointed and very clean! The host has thought of every detail, including extra amenities like a little welcome basket, tasteful seasonal decorations, sodas in the frig, and a charming backyard entertainment area, that while we didn't get to use in November, looked perfect for warmer weather.

Hilary is great to work with and very accommodating. Allowed us early entry since we came into town ahead of time. Beautiful, spacious open floor plan. Definitely recommend this home!!!!!!

Owners keep the home very clean and set up nicely. The outdoor space is nice and well maintained. The neighborhood is also quiet and well maintained. Would stay again if we are back in this area.

Hillary provided a great place for me and my old high school friends to play golf!

We were in the Tri-Cities area for a small family gathering and this house was the perfect location for our stay. Our host was welcoming and had great communication with us. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us (4 adults and 2 kids). They left information for local places to visit, places to eat (we were able to enjoy a couple of their recommendations - Spudnuts and Lulus), and events going on in the area (we were able to check out the Art in the Park event going on the weekend of our visit). We look forward to coming up and staying here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Excellent communication with owners and easy check in and out process. We were greeted with tears and a kind handwritten Thank You card. We were only there overnight for a leg of a road trip and didn’t have time to use the lovely backyard with a water fountain, kayaks and bikes. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a 5 star place all around.

This home was a great spot for us while we visited Richland. It was super clean and is conveniently close to restaurants, parks and groceries. Hillary was an awesome host. Excellent and quick communication and she worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. She was accommodating with some special needs our group had. We will use this house again next time we return to Richland.

The house ‘s location was good and the house was fine for a short stay. However, we do like to cook in and the kitchen was sparsely supplied with bowls, knives, utensils, spices, etc.
