This house was perfect for our 2 families vacationing together. Perfect location - walk to beach, easy golf cart or bike ride to restaurants; and we very much enjoyed the pool. Any questions that arose were promptly answered. Thanks so much for having us in your beautiful home!

Absolutely cannot rave enough about the property management team. They were so accommodating and can’t thank them enough. The house and amenities are PERFECT! We had 15 girls stay and we had so much room. 1 min walk to beach. And the golf cart was extremely useful. Will hopefully be back!

Was so glad to get the home for a second year! Was surprise how well maintained the home was and how many upgrades were done to the home (updated bathroom and new furniture). Love how the home is always geared up with items such as beach gear, margarita machine and other household items. Our family and friends loved staying here again.

This house worked out perfectly for three families of 4. It is really convenient to the beach. The management company was great and provided us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This home is as good as it gets when it comes to being in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, a very short walk (or shorter golf cart ride) to beach access, and very near shopping and restaurants. The yard is great for kids to run and play, the pool gets plenty sun and then great later afternoon shade. The house has room for everyone and due to the three levels is quiet at night for restful sleep. The balconies were great for viewing and relaxing. Our family had a great week here! The dining room table for 10 was perfect for many nights of cards, crafts, and a wonderful game of Ocean Bingo we found at Seaside that all 10 of us played several nights! Memories for all of us ages 3-1/2 to 83! Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We enjoyed our 2022 family vacation at Seaclusion! The house is in a great location and close access to the beach access! We enjoyed the patio on the second floor and pool. The golf cart was a great plus. We plan to come back.

Beautiful property with just steps to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. We had a party of 12 and plenty of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and shopping. Outside of property needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay. The golf cart was a bonus!

I would rent this house again

Location was awesome and loved having the golf cart access. We had 8 people with us and it was perfect. I will say, while it could have slept more people, I'm not sure the living/dining/kitchen area would have been comfortable with anymore adults than that. Beautiful house and property. It was great having the pool.

We were so delighted to find a big home in such a peaceful location, close to the beach and with a heated pool and golf cart! We had needs for age 18m to 85 years, it served everyone so well. I really wanted to give a 5 star because we had such a lovely visit and will come again, but it needs a few areas refreshed and cleaned up or replaced and thus worth noting for a family who is looking and may get uptight on these details and thus deserves a heads up . This won't keep us from visiting again and I recommend this to big busy families who will love the location and spacious rooms, great dining space for many eaters and added amenities. Thanks for the visit.

As advertised, great place to visit!

The property is in an excellent location and so close to the beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were handled extremely quickly. Property management was top notch! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals. The pool area and all the beach and pool amenities were fantastic as well as the golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a week with our entire family of 10 which included 5 grandchildren ages 17-22. The house was perfect. Bunk room for the girls and bunk room for the boys. Plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a bonus and fun. The best part was walking distance to everything and our favorite restaurant Goatfeathers was across the street. Kitchen well stocked and beds super comfortable. The kids loved the heated pool as gulf water was chilly, temperatures Thanksgiving week were warm days and cool nights. Would definitely rent again. Management very responsive to very few problems. The house was great! Everyone in our party loved it. Very close walk to beach and we loved the golf cart!!

We loved our stay at this property. We were close to everything we needed. Walked a lot of places. The rental company was wonderful and easy to work with. The house was loaded with all kinds of essentials and beach items. Golf cart was a great addition. The pool was wonderful and very clean. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great time even though it rained 2 of our 5 days. The good: beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you could possibly need, bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels, air conditioner and ceiling fans cooled the house nicely. Pool area was nice and someone came to clean it while we were there. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and we really appreciate that we were able to bring them along. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived but they were addressed immediately, even though it was kind of late in the evening.. Just 3 short blocks to the beach! Having the golf cart was wonderful for getting around to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops :). The not so good: lots of mold around, which may be normal for a beach house? (Windows, shower curtains, outdoor beach chairs and umbrella) We never found any instructions for operating the TV in the living room. Two different controllers for the TV, and even though hubby is good with technology, took him awhile to figure out. The kitchen cabinets must have been painted by a teenager -- the paint is sticky and gross, like paint was slapped right over the dirt. Definitely need to be redone. The outside furniture is pretty corroded and ugly looking, and all the beach chairs, floats and umbrella were rusty and kinda nasty. Railings and doors are rusty and need painting. BUT -- to us, those things are not as important as the things listed above that they got right. We would definitely stay there again, but recommend that they do some home maintenance. The other thing that would be nice to do is provide a notebook that guests could write in and leave recommendations on restaurants, best beaches and things to do for future renters. So, it's a great place if you're not super picky about aesthetics!

The Seaclusion home was everything!! The area/property was accurately described. A short walk to the beach, well stocked home, and golf cart included with rental. Honestly, all you need to do is book the rental without hesitation! Our vacation over Labor Day weekend consisted of 8 adults and 3 children (ages 3 to 8). The property manager/maintenance was very responsive: Thank you Ellen and Christina, you made our stay feel just like home! We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Loved our stay there! Property management was real easy to communicate with and the house had everything described plus more! The house had extra beach chairs, umbrella and toys as well as a margaritaville machine for cocktails. The back yard was amazing with its fenced in pool an addition to a fenced in lawn. This made bringing our dog so easy. Planning on staying here again!

This property needs quite a bit of TLC and some minor repairs. The location is awesome however the needs of the house overshadow the location. General maintenance and cleanliness are the big issues along with safety concerns. Sadly, we left this vacation wanting more from the house. Beach is absolutely stunning.

Great house and definitely as advertised. The location to the beach and dining, etc. were perfect for our group. The included golf cart is a wonderful perk that is a must for Santa Rosa. The property manager was in communication leading up to and throughout the stay. Very prompt, professional and receptive. For our first trip to Santa Rosa we could not have been more pleased with everything. The state parks nearby are beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring them when we weren’t soaking up the sun at the beach or the pool. Well done Seaclusion.

This home was absolutely perfect to bring the family together. Plenty of space for my parents, two siblings and their partners, and my husband and I with our twin 4 year old daughters. The home was exactly as described in the posting and in immaculate condition. The location was also perfect. Beach and restaurants within walking distance and several more dining and shopping options just a short golf cart ride away. The girls really enjoyed the pool and ice cream shop located directly behind the home also offering hot dogs, breakfast and speciality coffee. The property manager was also great to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Very good rental process and follow-up as dates for payment was required. House was as promised & great location close to the beach. The gold cart provided is a huge benefit as parking is very limited in most areas of 30-A. Perfect set up for 2 families with older kids. Two sets of stairs and masters on 3rd floor. Loved the pool and large yard of the pet friendly property.

The perfect place to enjoy a family retreat

A nice three-story property with a peek of the Gulf from the third floor. Great, well stocked kitchen! Minor issues with some items left from previous tenants around the pool area, but that could have been from storms that came through during check out / check in. Third floor tub had an issue, but the maintenance person was very quick and responsive. Overall a good experience!

The property worked well in regards to location. Close to beach. It was nice to have heated pool since weather was not great everyday. The property backs up to a ice cream food stand so it did get a little noisy. It was great having a golf cart that we could take out to dinner. The area is nice and quiet compared to the other locations along Highway 30A. Everyone was very easy to work with in getting it setup and any issues we had.
