We had a great stay at this property. The pool is great and it was 15 minutes from the beach. My only complaint, which management addressed while we were there, was the yard had not been mowed and was full of fire ants. We brought 3 dogs with us and one of them got into the ants and broke out into a serious allergic reaction late at night. If the home is going to be dog friendly then the grounds need to be double checked that it is safe for your dogs to be in. Otherwise the house was great and we had a wonderful family vacation.

Nice house on the worst block in a gorgeous neighborhood. Close to Robinson Preserve and Desoto Park which was great for walks in the morning. House had everything we needed. It’s time though to wash the blankets on the beds (not just the sheets along with the show curtains. Pet peeve of mine is to change out those little entry rugs often. The washer ate a beach cover up which was caught in the drum. After a Google search, this is a problem with this model. But the house was big, easy drive to and from AMI. Pool was Nice and backyard was great to sit screened in!! Publix nearby!

Clothes washer very noisy, loud neighbors , directions for tv remote different than in the welcome book . Offended about unclear towel and laundry prices . Pool very cold .

Place was exactly as pictured in the listing! It was extremely helpful that the listing said to bring our own TP and paper towels as they only provide ‘some’. A few things to know: Florida has bugs, we encountered a HUGE Palmetto bug in the kids playroom immediately upon entering. The tub and one of the showers is not updated like the rest of the bathrooms were. Two bedrooms with connected baths are on one side of the house. The two bedrooms with the shared bath are on the complete opposite side. Something helpful to know if you plan on bringing kids, we did not have any kids with us. Still 100% would recommend!!!

We flew in to stay there for a week and each of the 3 bathrooms had a tiny bar soap for handwashing at the sink. We had to buy handsoap. There were no basic spices (salt, pepper, etc) or basic condiments in the fridge. Which is fine except that at the end of the week, you're expected to throw everything away you bought. So buying a new salt, pepper, ketchup, etc at the beginning of the week and then throwing large amounts of that away at the end is wasteful, both food-wise and cost-wise. The TV remotes had dead batteries. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It had 4 beach chairs and beach towels which was appreciated. About 15-20 min drive to Anna Maria Island. Next time would try to just stay on the island itself instead.

In town for a wedding on Ana Maria Island. Short drive from the house to the Wedding which was on the beach. The house was perfect for four couples and we really enjoyed the pool

I thought the pictures were too good to be true, but they weren’t. The property was clean with a ton of things to do. It rained while we there and my family still enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend.

Everything about the home was perfect. Aside from food of course, the house had everything two families could need. The beds were very comfortable, the house was immaculate, the pool was refreshing and the yard was perfect for our dog to run. There are several beaches nearby and visiting Anna Maria Island is a must. You are close to stores/shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Home with a great outdoor space for the adults and children. The privacy fence around the back yard is a bonus with it being in a neighborhood. About a 10 minute drive from many beautiful beaches.

10/10 would recommend this property! It had everything, was clean, nice, and spacious enough for 8 adults! We had such a great time and would love to stay here again! If you’re considering this property- it’s worth it!

I would've given 5 stars for an overall rating, but there are a few small items the owner needs to address. The shower diverter in the master bath needs to be replaced as you have to find where the hot water setting is to get hot water. The second bathroom nearest to the master bedroom in room #2 shower head leaks, and that diverter also needs to be replaced as it only puts out Luke warm water. We did love the place though. It's cozy, the pool area is really nice, and the kids didn't want to leave. Lol! Shower issues aside, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
