The house was perfectly clean and the views are amazing ! However , they are currently building a home right below it , on the same property, which they didn’t tell us .
It made it difficult to find , construction was loud and workers were loud and If we would have known this was happening at the time we needed to book the house , we would have booked elsewhere . It is a beautiful home tho- just wish they would have told us what was going on at the property.

A well appointed home in a nicer area. The real gem of this home is the beautiful infinity pool and spa with a lake view. Everything was super clean and ready to use. Our teens and family enjoyed a wonderful stay and will most certainly be back.

The house was very spacious and accomodating for our 4 family vacation. The view was awesome and the pool is huge.
There was a very small issue with ants around the stove top, but the owner was very responsive and had ant traps/bait sent over immediately.
Also, we wish the floor around the pool wasn't so slippery when wet. We ended up laying towels down around the perimeter to prevent slips. Other than that, the house was great!

They charge extra for the pool and spa to be heated, recommend they just add it to the price of rental rather than upsell you after you book.

We had a very nice time, and Mari, was so easy to work with and so responsive. The house was plenty big for two couples and we really enjoyed the Jacuzzi! The driveway is very steep, however, they have a place down below where you can park here trailer without going up the steep incline. Overall a very nice house and we would be blessed to stay there again.

We always stay at a renal for summer for our family every year, so I booked this one for the pool for the kids and for the first 3 days I had to text the owner for every time I needed the jacuzzi on lights wouldn't come on it was so frustrating that I had to get out every 30 mins to text and they went to bed early so once it went off at 8:00pm that's it. Very disappointed. Then the trash was so full from someone else we had to place trash bags inside. We also had a bad time using the kitchen stove we were unable to use the stove a cook. In on some of the beds were dirty pillow case had make up on it and dirty. And I get they want to protect there property but they have 2 cameras outside and it's on the pool I felt a little uncomfortable with my kids. Overall this has been a very disappointing rental for the money we paid and all the inconvenience of texting most of the trip instead of enjoying the house.

Beautiful Sunsets
A beautiful house for a nice getaway. The property had everything you could ask for with a fantastic pool and hot tub to enjoy the lake view. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and the outdoor patio had the best view of the sunset. Definately everything you would need for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home
Our family of 10, ages from 1 to 56 loved the place! The view was amazing! The kids loved the pool. There was plenty to keep kids busy. Can't say enough good things about this place. Hope to come back!

Perfect for Thanksgiving with Family
This house was perfect for our extended family for Thanksgiving. We had three separate families and plenty of room. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. Our kids loved the bunk beds and were in the pool/hot tub every day. The pool was just warm enough to use and so beautiful. There were plenty of pool towels and no need to bring our own. The WiFi worked great for those who had to log in to work. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful and relaxing home
The house was beautiful, pool was nice and big, hot tub was relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having 2 master bedrooms was a huge plus! If we had any issues, the property owners were quick to respond and fix any problems.

The Best Place To Stay
The house was amazing and in perfect condition, all the amenities were great and not too far from the launch for the boat and jet skies. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Awesome!
This place was perfect for my big family. Lots of space to sleep and the kitchen was Perfect for cooking. Had everything that we needed from tools to cook, towels for the pool, extra blankets and lots of space! It was very clean and the pool was perfect. Didn't need to heat up the pool as the weather did that for us in the middle of August. House was east to get into and owner was quick with replies when needed. Would love to stay here again!

Stunning View of the Lake
Great communication from the property managers. The house was comfortable for two families. Amenities such as tp, soap, towels, and detergent were provided which was great. The pool was warm without having to pay to have it heated. The back patio had ample tables and chairs for our comfort. There were no lounge chairs to lay out on, so bring your own. House was clean and ready for us. We would stay there again.

The house was beautiful inside and out! The stay was absolutely amazing. The pool was such a delight to have. The water was perfect and the view was great. I would definitely book this house a second time. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room to roam around and not feel crowded. The garage had a ton of space. Thank you for the stay.

We stayed this past weekend and stayed busy most of our time at the Lake but it was so convenient with an easy drive to where ever you needed to get too. The house was awesome, with a beautiful overlooking view of Lake Havasu and a very helpful superhost that kept us informed and made it very easy understanding the check in and checking out process with the house rules. The house has everything you'll need if you just want to enjoy meals at home on your stay & the beds were very comfortable. Big thanks to our superhost for letting my family enjoy your beautiful home and we would definitely recommend anyone looking for an awesome location with beautiful views to book this listing!!

Havasu Stay
Great place to stay. Clean, well stocked, amazing view. Problems with pool heater, but owner was very quick to respond. Would stay there again.

Pool experience
The house was clean and amazing however if wanting to have the pool and jacuzzi heated you had to pay an additional price which is fine but we could never get the pool to heat up to a warm enough temperature to want to get in. We were only allowed to have either of the jacuzzi or the pool heat up individually. They could not heat up simultaneously. Also we had to turn the pool heater and jacuzzi heater off when not in use therefore the pool could never heat up to the right temperature and we could never just jump into the Jacuzzi when we wanted to. We had to wait for it to heat up. I paid extra money to have a heated pool and Jacuzzi on demand not have to wait around for a while to wait for them to heat up. My suggestion is you square this away with the landlord before paying additional money for the pool and Jacuzzi. I would’ve rather have paid additional money and just always had a heated pool and Jacuzzi on demand.
