My family of 5 and our dog had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect- a short walk to the beach, a brewery, a pizza place, and gift shops, but off of a main road. Small grocery store is about a mile away. The marine center on the beach is worth the visit :) Overall great stay!

Great location and perfect size for my husband and I and our two college aged sons. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a short drive into the city. The house had everything we needed for our Spring Break week!

Girls weekend this October and we wanted to be by the beach. This cottage was steps away! Just perfect. Three bedrooms was perfect for the ladies on the trip. The kitchen is small but has what you need. There are a lot of restaurants near by. The house was cozy, cute, and very clean. The bathroom is small, but the rooms are set up with a dresser and mirrors, so the ladies did just fine. We really loved the different area rugs and the cute table where we sat and talked late into the night. The hosts were easy to work with and helpful. A great stay steps from the beach.

Quaint Cottage on Tybee Island. Great location- one street over from the beach. Owner super nice. Cottage could use some fresh paint and wood repair needed on front porch.

Immaculately clean, well equipped rental. It’s located in a great part of town and has a super short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay in again if visiting Tybee. Side notes: the entrance to the bathroom is tight and there are steps (level changes) inside the property. Not an issue for us, but if you have mobility concerns you should not stay here.

The house's interior was cute with just the amount of space we needed--3 bedrooms, dining and living room, kitchen and laundry room The location was walking distance to the beach. We went sightseeing on the island and into Savannah several times. We appreciate the owner permitted our small dog to accompany us. Thank you.

We loved the beach house! Ita was everything we needed to enjoy Tybee, close to the beach but so quiet. We loved the porch, the patio, easy access to the main rd. It was wonderful!!!!

We had a lovely time at the cottage. The space was cozy but was perfect for us. Quick walk to the beach, even grandma loved the short walk each day. Would recommend. The owners even called to check on us after the rainstorms we had. The rain didn’t hinder our fun we had a great time and played cards then went right back to the beach! If you are looking for a close to the beach stay in a quiet part of Tybee please reserve here!

Loved the cottage! It was perfect for my mom, daughter and myself. Very clean, cold air, everything worked perfectly and was very nice. Only draw back I could think of is only one small bathroom, didn’t bother us but maybe a larger group.

We loved our stay at this little beach cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to the beach while also set in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself was fun and funky. Note that it is an older property with some uneven floors and steps between rooms. The owners were beyond wonderful to work with. So helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Being so close to the beach, and at such an amazing price, really made this place worth the trek! :) It's so close to the beach, had way more for our everyday needs than other places we had booked previously (laundry soap, towels, dish soap, etc.), and it was adorable. We had a quick response from our hosts when I reached out about a wifi password and the to do list on check out day was on the fridge for convenience as well. We truly felt we could just come and enjoy all Tybee had to offer and they gave us everything we could have needed. We will definitely be sharing this listing and staying here again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much for making our time so relaxing and enjoyable while staying at this location! Some things that could be helpful for future guests if possible... 1. A swiffer mop for sandy/dusty floors 2. Some new beach chairs(a couple were pretty rusted) but we made do with one and a beach mat :) 3. Beach towels Again those aren't deal breakers at all but would have been helpful at times :) overall we LOVED staying here and our experience...thank you!

Everything on the listing was exactly as it was stated. We were so close to the beach for a very short walk. There is also parking right at the beach entrance if you had a lot to carry and wanted to drive. It cost eight dollars for two hours with a credit card, but was well worth it to us as two hours was all we wanted to stay at the beach when we took the “mother load”. The cottage was well-stocked, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were just in general very impressed. Ed and Patty are so accommodating and only a phone call or email away and they respond very quickly. I rented this cottage also because it is pet friendly. I have a little 35 pound miniature Australian Shepherd. The only perk that would’ve been nice to have had would be a gate on the front porch. We left the front door open at times to feel the cool breeze, and although my dog isn’t one to run off, as he laid out on the porch I would’ve felt better knowing that he had a gate keeping him there. Just a suggestion 🐾 Thanks so much for an awesome 4 day perfect weekend!

1st timer to Tybee Is. I was not disappointed. Cute 3 bed 1 bath. Spacious for a cottage. Nice neighborhood location. I travel with my dog. Pat and Ed gave me 3 dog parks to choose. I have to say the Van Horn St park was definently the park for us. Shady walkway with history to boot. We visited Ft Pulaski, Savannah and Charleston. All must sees for the history.

Clean, equipped property for a great getaway.

We came over the Christmas/New Year’s week and while the week started out terribly cold we were at the beach on vacation. The location of the cottage and size of the island make many local shops and restaurants an easy walk. The house was clean and well furnished.

This little place was perfect for my mom, my two small children and myself. It was so comfortable and very neat and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one thing on the front porch that was broken. We messaged the owner right away and they contacted us back immediately. They sent out someone to repair it right away. Very nice and friendly and easy to reach.

This little cottage was perfect for my father and I on our first vacation together ! Easy access to the beach , and any places you would want to get to . The cottage was like home, everything you need , warm decor, and simply relaxing. Any questions I had the owner’s response was quick as well lots of suggestions to great places to eat and explore the island. I will be rebooking for this cottage for all my visits to the island !!!!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Within walking distance to many things including the beach! The property is a quaint beach cottage. It's cozy and yet plenty of room to move about. Good place to stay for a couple or even 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Full size washer and dryer is a plus. Outdoor hose to rinse off after a trip to the beach. The bathroom is small but doable. We definitely will stay here again!!

Pros: Great location- walking distance to beach & food. Easy to communicate with owner. Clean. Cons: Beds are uncomfortable. The 2 beach chairs we could use weren’t the greatest. All the repairs done in the house are very half-done (I.e. crooked bathroom mirror, toilet paper holder doesn’t stay on, bathroom door doesn’t close all the way). Overall, a decent place to sleep & shower if you want to stay close to the beach for a reasonable price.

Great cottage. It fit our needs wonderfully. My daughter needed to tour a college in Savannah and I needed some toes in the sand time. Savannah was close enough that we spent 2 days of our trip there. I loved the short walk to the beach. Really safe neighborhood. I was never afraid to leave our things on the beach while we were in the water or taking long walks. The cottage had everything we needed (plates, glasses, flatware, towels, etc). All instructions were clear from owners. Easy access and check out. Will definitely stay here again if in the area
