My husband and I recently stayed at this stunning villa nestled in the Santa Barbara mountainside, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa offered breathtaking sunset views and was beautifully updated with high-end appliances, furniture, and decor. The hostess was incredible, providing us with excellent recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our time there was both comfortable and heartwarming, and we left feeling thoroughly relaxed. I highly recommend this villa and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

Sorry this took awhile for me to post, but here it is! -Mindy, the owner of the proerty was amazing. She will greet you when you arrive personally and show you around whether night or day. Makes herself available most of every day for any questions or suggestions about the site and the city. Provides you with a bottle of Cab Sauv wine as part of the welcome! -Place is comfortable, well stocked bathroom as well as kitchen (Kitchen I never used cuz I didn't want to make a mess) which has stove/cookery/microwave/fridge/freezer. -Sofa is nice. Bed is king sized with a lot of pillows and comfortable. -Mindy provides a self-made guide along with several periodicals about the city for sights, restaurants, and even nightlife for you to peruse through. -Extra blankets and first aid kit in unit which is nice. -Suitcase stand which is very clever. -Long balcony gives you a nice view of the backside of the hill where you can see a small part of the ocean in the distance. -Unit is separate from the main property so you can be loud even at night and likely you'll never be heard. -Parking is tricky you'll have to park on the driveway between a wall and one of the owners cars but I had no problem. -Location is nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood high up in a hill. Just minutes to the main city and piers/beach. -AC is powerful! Works great. -TV is 32-inch Samsung has youtube and apple tv. -Wifi is pretty strong and stable. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Mindy for everything!

I loved staying at Villa Floresco. Mindy was a wonderful host. It was clear she has thought of everything she'd like her guests to have & experience. I felt very safe, comfortable, and relaxed there. Beyond the views, the bed and the shower were fantastic. I'll be staying here whenever I visit Santa Barbara again. Thank you, Mindy!

My husband and 8 month old stayed here for several nights during our wedding wedding. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The VIEW is spectacular, I mean really incredible. You feel like you're whisked away to an Italian countryside. The unit itself is very private and has all the amenities you'd need. The bed IS SO COMFY (we even checked the mattress type so we could get something similar). And the décor is flawless. Loved the high ceilings, as well. Everything is actually just perfect. Mindy was super communicative and helpful. We will definitely be back, this place is a true gem.

The overall feel is comfortable elegance. Soft colors and everything you need in one late open space. The view of the mountains is an activity of its own.

Great property! Clean, comfortable and wonderful view of the mountains! Communication was prompt and clear from the host. Sena even greeted us when we arrived. The bottle of wine and lemons were a nice touch!

The view from the deck was beautiful, the facility was spotless and all the amenities and little touches, welcome note, fresh lemons, bottle of wine, robes in the closet, etc., made this a perfect place for us to celebrate our anniversary. The room had everything, the kitchen had every tool you could think of, even the dishes were beautiful. We changed our two nights of dinner plans in town and instead shopped at a local grocery store and had our dinners on the lovely deck while enjoying the view. We would highly recommend staying here. Lots of personal touches made this a warm and inviting place to stay.

Loved the room, and the balcony! Sunset over the ocean was phenomenal. Easy access, great property. Felt like we were back in Italy. Mindy was great as well!

It's a little adventure into the hills, and very much worth it. The view is stupendous! There's even a laundry facility available. Parking is tight, and be aware that there's a flight of stairs to navigate, but the room is beautiful!

This casita is very private, quiet, clean and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the lush setting and the panoramic views all the way to the ocean. The sunsets were stunning. Our host Mindy was very warm, engaging and enthusiastic in helping us learn about enjoyable places to visit and eat during our stay. At the same time, she was quite respectful of our privacy. We highly recommend this property and certainly plan to stay there during future visits.

The Villa was an incredible place to stay in Santa Barbara. It had everything we needed to relax and unwind. The location, just a few minutes from the Mission, was convenient. We enjoyed the peace and quiet each night after adventure-filled days. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the shower felt luxurious. Mindy and Ian were wonderful hosts, so friendly and accommodating. They put some extra special touches into their home that make this place really wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this well-appointed studio. The host, Mindy, could not have been more friendly and accommodating of my needs. Her recommendations for restaurants and golf courses were spot on, and added to the enjoyment of my visit. The property location is just above the Mission Santa Barbara, an impressive piece of California history. From there, access to the downtown area of this charming community is another few minutes. Without hesitation I would rent again from Mindy if my travel plans call for a return to Santa Barbara..

We felt very comfortable in Mindy's villa. Even before arrival we had close contact with Mindy. We received a lot of information in advance. After the warm welcome we went to the villa: everything was there and if we needed something, we got it immediately. Many great tips from Mindy for excursions and good restaurants. The villa is in the mountains and you have a great view of Santa Barbara and the ocean. If we go to California again, definitely back to Mission Canyon to Mindy. Many greetings to Ian, Fran and Sena. After a long week of traveling through California and staying in hotels, this was just the oasis we needed. The pictures online do not do it justice. It is a vibe, beautifully put together in a gorgeous setting. Mindy could not have been kinder or more accommodating. I have two teenagers 15 and 17 who insisted I write a review about how amazing this place is. We loved it!

It feels l like you are staying in a Tuscan hill town. Great property; great distant Ocean views; great location in the hills above Santa Barbara in the Santa. Minor comment for this single-room property is that the curtains don't shield the light, so for those who prefer a dark bedroom on weekend morning, this is an issue the property can easily fix.

Even better than the description! Gorgeous, serene landscape view out huge sliding glass doors that open onto a cozy deck. Lovely at sunrise or watching the sunset over the ocean! The host couple are friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The space is warm, tastefully decorated, and inviting. Linens and bedding all super comfortable. Quick drive to downtown Santa Barbara, and 45 minutes to Solvang or Ojai. Great hiking! A really wonderful place!
