Overall, the property is nicely appointed/clean. Description and pictures are accurate. Kitchen was well appointed. Views of Ohio River were amazing. However, the ONLY way to enter is by climbing very steep stairs from ground level to first floor...an entire flight of stairs. Very difficult for a person with limited mobility. No landing, very steep incline, and jagged stones at the bottom. Listing should show a picture of this, as it is the only way to enter the unit.Very difficult for our friend to haul her checked luggage up a complete flight with no landing to rest. It was raining, too, which made the steps slippery. No covering over the stairs.Everyone was worried about falling all the way down and ending up on the jagged stones at the bottom.No elevator or any other way to enter the property.This needs a picture and description to advise guests. The sliding glass door in living room does not have a lock. No way to lock the door if someone wanted to enter 1 flight up from the deck outside. No wooden stick to stop the sliding glass door. Just slide it open from the outside. Replace the door so that is can be locked from the inside. We enjoyed our time together but these safety concerns should have been noted and photographed.

The property is strategically located, offering the best of both worlds. Situated within a short drive from Cincinnati, we had easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Equally important, the proximity to the Ark Encounter made it incredibly convenient for our family outing. This central location allowed us to explore both urban and rural attractions without spending too much time on the road. The property was absolutely stunning and well-suited for our large extended family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone had their own space, and the common areas were spacious enough for us to gather comfortably. The interior design was charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained, which instantly put us at ease.

This house was a very nice place for us to stay while visiting the area. It was easy to access, and the house was very clean and nice inside. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This trip was to celebrate our 45th anniversary with our family and we couldn’t be happier with the choice of this home. The view is incredible, the rooms were beautifully decorated and Alex couldn’t have been more helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting home.

If you are looking to stay at a property in close proximity to downtown Cincinnati and with all the comforts of home this place is for you! Everything was just as pictured. We really enjoyed your stay with all the amenities right at hand. The beds were heavenly, and the bathrooms made you feel like you were at a spa. It was the chef's kiss to allow you to relax and enjoy the family with lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the breathtaking view of the river and city lights. And just when I thought it could not get any better, I put the directions to the Bengals stadium and Waze told me it was only minutes away to the fun! Who could ask for more:-) We will definitely stay there again if our travels take us to Cincinnati. Thanks for everything Alex!

Alex responded very quickly to any questions I had. We were able to have a cook-out after a football game on the back deck using the grill provided. We had 3 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The rooftop deck provided amazing views.

The views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati from this property are so awesome! The house was very clean and Alex was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed quick pizza delivery and Instacart delivery shortly after we arrived, which was nice after a long day of travel. The kids loved both the bunk beds and the basement.

Me and a group of guys stayed here to enjoy all Kentucky and Ohio had to offer and is close to everything. Property was as advertised and meet all of our needs.

I now have the legs of a gladiator with all the stairs in Cinci! Alex was kind and quick to answer any need. The place was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed it greatly.

We stayed the weekend at the Riverfront Oasis. We had a group of 5 place was plenty big enough for even larger group. Owner very responsive and was nice enough to let us drop off our luggage before check-in. Very clean and they pay attention to small details that make the place even more enjoyable. Views of the city are fantastic

We rented this house for NYE with just our immediate family. The house is so clean, well kept, updated and overall cozy. The house has 4 different levels which spaced us out nicely and the kids loved the Rec room downstairs! The view from each floor is amazing and we got to see fireworks from fountain square and from the KY side as soon as midnight struck. Highly recommend.

We call six of us women The Legends because we used to be decent golfers. Got rained out first day but played second day. Both courses recommended by Alex were beautiful. The view from upper deck at night was breath-taking. Only other thing to consider is number of stairs to use the property. We did fine and thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay.

This worked very well for us. House is very clean and true to the ad. We visited the Ark Encounter and the Museum of Creation so the location was great. We got a Reds game in as well! Thanks for a good week!

We stayed here while in town visiting the Ark & Creation museum. Great location, clean house, and spacious. Alex is very responsive with communication in regards to the rental. If I return to the area I will hopefully be able to stay here again!

If you want to be close to downtown Cincinnati without being IN downtown, this house has all the amenities and a breathtaking view! The neighborhood is a little rough but overall I felt safe.
