Great location and cleanliness

The description was accurate. We needed to be close to u of m hospital. It’s was close, clean, quiet, well stocked, and nicely renovated! Exactly what we needed.

The house was charming. The rooms were comfortable and the house was very well maintained. Close to shopping and dinning, all while being in a quiet area.

We had a great time at the house for a Michigan game weekend. The home is adjacent to Kerrytown, which is great for walking to restaurants! The home was clean and had more than enough amenities. Communication with the hosts was great. Super easy check-in process.

Lovely stay in walking distance of Ann arbor. 4 very clean bedrooms and good living area

The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed making it easy to prepare meals for my family. The location was great for going to area attractions, restaurants, etc. The only thing that creeped me out a bit was the washer and dryer in the basement. There was an odd smell and an open hole in wall as well. So laundry will get done at home. However i must admit ive always been freaked out by basements. I would definitely stay again.

We wanted a place to stay to be in Ann Arbor for the Art Fair. This home provided the perfect landing spot to start and end our long days walking the fair.

We were in town for a family reunion. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. Thank you for a great place to gather!

Place was exactly as advertised, no real issues. Only recommendation is that our trip included three nights and their weren't any spare trash can liners after it filled up. Would stay again with no hesitation.

We had to book last minute and the hosts were very accommodating to our circumstances. The house was lovely and had everything you would need from the bathroom, kitchen, etc. Overall very happy with our stay.

We had family in town over the holidays and this property was perfect for them. It was very clean, well stocked, great location to downtown, easy parking and the communication with the owners was very good. We will definitely use this property again. I highly recommend it.

The unit was nice but our group especially liked the location. Nice to walk downtown and on trails across the street and in the area. Called the owner for some help with something and got a quick response.

We had a great time in this property. The space was great for our family of four. It had all the comforts of home. Great location to town.

Perfect spot for 4 individuals or couples

The bedrooms and kitchen are great (although not very well stocked) but the living room is super tiny. Only 4 people can hang out in there comfortably, in a house the sleeps 8 people. So if you’re only planning on sleeping and eating at the house, this rental is perfect. It was not great for hanging out with a family for 3 days.

Everything in this property was new or like new and functioned very well. Plenty of space and had a comfortable inviting feeling.

We stayed here for a week while helping our daughter get set up at the University of Michigan. The place was spacious and provided plenty of space for our daughter, our son and his girlfriend as well as my wife and I. Location was very convenient. It was removed from the crowded downtown but we could be there in five minutes. Lots of nice touches like pods for the Keuring, laundry soap etc. We ran into a challenge with the dishwasher and the internet. In both cases the owner was VERY responsive and resolved the issue. To me that is the true test. It is easy to be a good host when everything goes smoothly. It is how someone handles it when issues come up. Like I said they were great. We would highly recommend staying at this property. Especially if you are going to have an extended stay.

Enjoyed our brief stay to check out Ann Arbor. Fantastic house. As nice as it looks. Great neighborhood for walking too.
