Totally recommend this unit !! It’s clean, spacious , and perfect location. Host are extremely kind.

This is our 4th time staying at Emerald Beach and this is our favorite unit! Spacious, clean, well decorated, well stocked kitchen, great balcony with some really nice balcony furniture. Check in was super easy & parking was never an issue. Emerald Beach is in a great location. Nice snack bar with really friendly staff in the walk-over. Both pizza & ice cream were tasty. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and Pier Park was a short 20 minute walk. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend this property! Very nice, clean and a great location right on the beach. We loved the spacious balcony. Photos shown in the listing are very accurate. Great communication before, during and after our stay. We had difficulty with the door code not working on the 2nd day and Scotty got back to us within a few minutes with a solution to the issue. We give this property an A+ and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed using this condo. There are 4 comfortable chairs on the balcony, and a long couch and reclining love seat in the living room. Just what we needed. The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were helpful to our family arrangement. Lots of storage in the 1st bedroom, closet and bath. There isn’t an ice maker, but that wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us. Only one real problem. Our door lock had quit working when we got home from eating out at 10 PM. Could not contact our host. Didn’t hear from him for several days. After 3 hours of being locked out, our son in law held in the tiny dot beside the unlock dot, for 5 seconds and it apparently reset the lock. We had pressed it before, but it has to be hold for 5 seconds. The host may have added this info to his page. Other than that, we had a great time.

We love Emerald Beach Resort, and this condo did not disappoint! The view was awesome and condo had all the amenities we needed!

Fantastic place, great layout with beautiful views. Was able to enjoy time on the beach and cook meals in the place to spend as much time as possible on the ocean. Owner was great and super at communicating info. Highly recommend!

Located in a good place. Everything has shown. Property owner was very helpful and patient. Only issue was changing elevators frequently.

Our family really looked forward to staying in this unit for it's space and great beaches. On arrival were were a little surprised that the unit entry opens up to the building rooftop mechanical equipment. Not exactly the tropical feel we were expecting. Once in the room we were thrilled at the overall size and comfortable decor. That's where the exitement ended and disappointment began. We discovered a number of house keeping issues starting with a full load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Then the tubs were found to be dirty, piles of sand in both top and bottom bunk mattresses. Trash under the beds and unclean dishes in the cabinet. The topper was having to finish the load of towels that were left in the dryer before we could do our own laundry. Reached out to Scotty about initial hoisekeeping issues but was just told to run the dishwasher. Room and beach was great! Housekeeping and overall resort experience not so much.

The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and close to attractions. Owner was great with communication. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was nice and the condo was beautiful. It was an easy drive to Pier Park for shopping and Restaurants even though it was Spring Break. Communication with the owner was absolutely great. We did have an issue but Scotty was quick to figure it out and get it fixed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Scotty!

My children and I loved our stay in this condo. It is an absolutely beautiful condo. Very clean. We loved that there is a Starbucks on site and a gym and we were within walking distance to restaurants and stores, literally across the street. The balcony had plenty of room. Scotty was so easy to reach with any questions. We will definitely stay here again (and again)!

Property was very clean, spacious, decorated nicely, and had a GORGEOUS ocean front view! Had a slight issue upon check in and Scotty was very quick to respond and correct. He went above and beyond expectations and made us feel important and valued as his guests. Would HIGHLY recommend this property!

Our trip was absolutely perfect - the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Many highlights but I will note a few. As previously reported, Scotty is amazing - super responsive and treats you like a guest and not a client. Secondly, the beds were super comfortable and everyone in our party enjoyed the quality bedding/linens that were provided. The kitchen was well stocked too which was appreciated. The deck was amazing with comfortable rocking chairs which became our favorite spot to take in the wonderful views + sunsets. Lastly, the pool / game room was a lot of fun for our little ones when they needed a break from the beach. We have stayed in dozens of PCB properties over the years and this was our hands-down favorite. My family is counting down the days to our next visit.

Our family had a fantastic time! Shopping and eating within walking distance. Pier Park was a 2 mile hike but we didn't mind walking. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. My only complaint was parking. I hate parking garages and trying to find a spot. I wish each condo had at least one reserved spot.

This condo was very clean and beautiful. The owners are nice and there was great communication. They informed us of everything that was needed for our stay and for check out. We didnt have to check in. We went striaght to our room on arrival. The condo came with cleaning supplies, paper cups, paper plates, and detergent. I most definitely will be booking with them again in the future.

We have been to Panama City numerous times, and we've stayed in a condo almost every time. In all my trips, I have never had a host communicate as effectively as often as Scotty. He was professional on every level and so easy to work with. His place was fantastic with a convenient location right on the beach, and the check in was seamless! When we return to Panama City Beach, we'll only go when Scotty's place is available!

We rented this condo for a family vacation of 6 adults and it was perfect! The condo had a very spacious (fully stocked) kitchen, living room and a great sized dinning table that fit everyone! The balcony was one of our favorites places in the condo! Everyone loved sitting on the balcony to see the amazing views and hear the waves hitting the beach. The included beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cart were an add plus! The condo was in a great location located near several restaurants and a few souvenir stores. The owner Scotty was easy to communicate with and made sure we had a great stay! We would definitely rent this condo again for future family vacations!

Condo is beautifully decorated and kitchen has everything you need. Elevators were only a real issue at check out time. We usually didn't wait more than a couple minutes otherwise. My kids loved the pool and game area! Thank you, it was a great trip!

This was our first time in Panama City for our family! We loved our beautifully decorated and spacious condo!! The owner was so sweet and extremely helpful when checking in and made us feel very comfortable. My daughter locked up the key pad and even before I was aware of it, Mr Scott sent me the steps to fix it!! I would highly recommend this condo and will definitely book it again!! Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean! The beach is only a short elevator ride down and a couple steps out of the condo, and a ton of shopping and restaurants are readily available and accessible nearby!

Beautiful condo on the beach. Ability to sleep 6-8 easily. The kitchen was well stocked . very comfortable ! The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Amazing view you can enjoy from the reclining loveseat, patio, bedroom, kitchen and even the master tub! Extremely private balcony/windows from 7th floor. No balconies next to yours either. Excellent insulation that provides a very quiet stay even when the bike rally with all their rumbling and loud music was going on night and day. 2nd bedroom has utilities in front of it, but view is exceptional everywhere else. Perfect getaway! Excellent communication with Scotty, who had extra TP and 2 beach umbrellas delivered from Target within a couple of hours when asked on a Sunday, and helped us figure out the TV. (Thanks, Scotty!) Kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc.. Bring your own oil, spices. Cute town! Lots of beach front dining. Gorgeous beach! We recommend the Ferris wheel and helicopter tour. The 3 1/2 hour tour to shell island was great too! Lots of dolphins on the tour and we saw them from our room all but 1 out of 6 days we were there. Note: to open wall sized glass doors in living room, pull REALLY HARD! They do open, but are very heavy! We loved our stay!
