Wonderful place for a large group to stay with a convenient location to the island!

This house had everything we could need/want. We stayed with 3 families which included kids/teenagers/adults totaling at times 19 guests. Even with a big group this house never felt small. Very spacious with tons to do. The bikes, kayaks, flat boards, pool, hot tub, fishing poles, games-were awesome! The private dock to fish or use the boards/kayaks was a great bonus. We saw tons of fish and even dolphins. Sunset view was great as well. It supplied chairs, coolers, umbrellas for the beach. House resides in a residential area that is safe to bike/walk and can even walk a short distance to see the manatees. The owners were always there with prompt responses if we had questions. We loved it and highly recommend this property.

This house was great. Kitchen was big enough to have everyone eat at the same time sitting down and plenty of room to cook for 17! The boys loved the games and pool. Close proximity to the beach. Overall great house!

We enjoyed our time in this home! A big bonus was the 3 sets of washers and dryers. Located in a convenient area and Anna Maria has some of the prettiest beaches!

This house is nice for a large group. Has a very large kitchen and plenty of seating. There are 2 sets of metal curvy steps inside. Not good for elderly. Close to AMI. House could use some more outdoor furniture around outside bar area. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Look no further as this place has everything you can imagine you might desire--kayaks, paddleboards, fishing poles, boogie boards, 7 bikes, shuffleboard (huge hit!), cornhole, excellent swimming pool (if a bit warm), hot tub, billiards, great spaces for hanging out. Big thank you for a seamless stay!

This was a mini family reunion. We had 13 of us ranging from teenage and 20’s grandkids to adults and grandparents. Space for everyone and tons of amenities! We had a blast! Loved the pool, hot tub, game room and all the porches!!Very clean and close to everything! Loved our stay!! The beaches were beautiful as well!

We had a great stay over during break 2023. The pool area was perfect and the house is well suited for families of all ages. Jennifer was super responsive and I would highly recommend this house.

We loved the roominess of this place. There was a sleeping area for each family. Brought my 93 year old mother and she enjoyed the hot tub, but a bit too many stairs for her. My grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub. They wanted to stay in the pool instead of going to the beach.

We loved our stay here! The walk to the water was great and the pool and everything included in the house was amazing. We loved making large breakfasts in the mornings and then wasting the day away by the pool or at the nearby beaches. Using the provided towels and toiletries was very convenient. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful property in Bradenton. The house certainly accommodated our 17 family members well from multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to the clean and lovely pool and spa, which we spent a lot of time enjoying that. Great location to multiple beaches, our favorite being Mannatee Beach, about a 15 minute drive from the home. Nice dining nearby but honestly we a large family we only went out a few times. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pans , silverware and glasses. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Tons of space, well stocked kitchen, great amenities. Owner very responsive. Only thing to note is the indoor staircase between floors is a spiral staircase, may be harder for the older folks.

Spacious home with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas for conversations Also a large kitchen and table for that whole family meal that means so much. Location to Anna Marie island and beaches was definitely a plus!

Our family stayed here the week before Christmas. Ages ranged from 17-86 years old. The large dining area, hot tub, playroom and ping pong table kept us busy since the weather wasn't great. We had a couple minor things that were dealt with right away. As other reviewers mentioned, there are spiral staircases, so older people have to be comfortable going up and down them. All the bedrooms were spacious and the the multi-climate controls throughout the house were nice since we all aren't cold like the grandparents. :) The laundry room was great and we took advantage of the towels they provided. It was nice not to travel with those. They also provide "starter" amenities like toilet paper and paper towels, so that was a nice perk as well. There was also a Christmas tree up so that was extra special! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a family gathering of ages ranging from 17 -64 and found this home to satisfy all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for making a Thanksgiving feast. The pool and game room was a great gathering spot to relax and reaquaint. I needed to contact the host while we were there and had a quick response. Super spot I would highly recommend for a large group looking for activites and quiet spots to recharge.

This property is exactly as described in the listing. We found it immaculate with fun, beachy décor in a lovely, very quiet area. The house is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, drinkware, barware, pots & pans, kitchen appliances, lush bathroom towels, plenty of pool towels and outside toys. The kitchen is a great place for multiple cooks and big family meals. The pool, spa, outside bar, grill area is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is in working order. The hosts were immediately available for questions and assistance. All enjoyed our fun and relaxing stay at this lovely home!

We had a great time at this house! We had a large group with ages ranging from 60 to 1. There was something for everyone. We spent a lot more time at the house than we planned because we enjoyed it so much. It is close to restaurants, stores, and beaches though if you want to venture out.

Amazing trip- the house is more than you can put in a review. Everything you need they’ve thought of. Very responsive hosts. Pool and bar area is perfect for families- we spent hours there daily. Close to everything in town as well! Definitely recommend and I hope to be back.

We had a great experience at this home! We had 3 families stay and all of us had enough space for alone time and time together. Be prepared for the drive to the beach, but as long as you are prepared its a great spot! It is supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has a ton of spices so you are all set there as well. Two washing machines and dryers as well so you can do laundry! The noise machine by the pool is a little sensitive in my opinion. Just be considerate and you’ll be fine. We would stay again for sure.
