This was our second stay at this home. It is the perfect spot for our family vacation. The location is wonderful- close to restaurants, shops and easy to explore different parts of the Cape. Linda is an amazing host! We cannot wait to return

Is it possible to miss a place before you leave? Mid-way through our short stay, I was already thinking I would miss this place when we left. This cute little cottage had everything we needed -- it was immaculately clean, so beautifully designed, quiet, and just cozy! The beach was a short walk down the street and was great for beach combing. The patio was amazing for entertaining a few friends and just a great place to hang out on sunny days. Also, downtown Main Street was just a short drive away. Linda was extremely responsive and accommodating but during our stay, we didn't need to contact her because everything was perfect! We've stayed at over 15 rental properties so far and this one tops the list! Thank you, Linda!

Linda, the owner was extremely friendly and was amazing at corresponding with any questions or concerns we had. The house was so much more than we expected it to be! Great location, immaculately clean, tasteful decorations, comfortable beds, had all the needs of being in a home, well stocked on staples and perfect place for both my husband and I! We look forward to any future stays at this home. If I could give more than a five star rating, I would!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The only regret we have is that we didn't plan to stay longer. Even in the off-season there was plenty to do and see in the area.

Everything as advertised. No issues. Good neighborhood. A little hard to find. But GPS worked every time. Loved the decor. Lots of everything within a short drive. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Linda’s home is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio. Having the beach down the street was a plus. You can tell Linda put alot of thought into the small details in the house. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property. Only problem was one bathroom door would not close without lifting up on the door. Everything else was excellent and actually a little bigger than it lets on in pictures.

We, my daughter and I took a mother-daughter vacation To the Cape. This was an ideal location for us. Two bedrooms two separate else, full kitchen, all kinds of amenities. Short walk to Lewis Bay Beach. Very responsive and caring property meant owner. We would stay again if we come to the Cape

We enjoyed a one week stay in this perfect home. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our family. The beach is alittle rocky which our 5 year old enjoyed looking for rocks and shells. The house is nicely decorated, clean and stocked with everything one needs. Linda thought of it all! We were sad when our visit came to an end. We would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It was pristine and beautifully decorated. Had all the comforts of home and included sheets and towels which was a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor patio was private and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. The small beach was a stones throw away and was great for watching the boat traffic and sunset. The owner was extremely receptive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would absolutely stay again!

House was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked, yard was private and beautifully landscaped, neighborhood was quiet and the beach was accessible and private. Centrally located near many attractions that were great for family. We had a great time!

Beautiful and comfortable house with everything you could need. Nicely decorated, great outdoor patio and nice quiet beach a block from the house. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and other beaches. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect. Fully stocked and then some. Was a great location where we could walk to the beach and easily get to other destinations.

House was perfect for our family; the kids had space and open floor plan made it easy to see them and watch them. The kitchen was stocked amazing.

My friends and I travel twice a year and opted to go to Cape Cod this May. This cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. Worth particular note were the two bathrooms and incredibly large amd well equipped kitchen. The property is super cute and within walking distance of a small beach. The location is central to all we wanted to do exploring Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard amd also Concord. I highly recommend.

The house has two bedrooms. It is perfect for 2 couples and fine for a somewhat larger group. It is very well maintained. It is several hundred feet from a beach on Lewis Bay. We used the slightly farther away Bayview Street Beach as put-in for our canoes, because there cars can get closer to the beach. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house! Super clean and comfortable! The location is so close to everything. The little beach by the house is perfect for our family.

We booked the property for just a few days away during April school break to have some fun with our 9 and 11 year old. Despite it being April with cooler weather, there was plenty to do with the centrally located property. The property is located extremely close to a quiet and calm beach and a very short driving distance to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. We didn’t take the ferry anywhere, but that is also a short walk under a mile (0.75 mile), where you could avoid paying to park by walking. It is not that long of a drive to get to bike trails and other attractions up the coast. The house is adorable, clean, and was the perfect size for our family of 4. Since it was April, it was nice to use the propane fireplace at night for a little more cozy warmth after the days outside with the wind. The patio was enjoyable for morning coffee. I enjoyed some morning runs through the neighborhood within view of the shore and an evening walk on the beach close to sunset. All around, a great mini trip where we fit a lot in over the few days. We would return to the same house.

Found this fabulous property and stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. My mum was overjoyed at how well the kitchen was kitted out and we were thrilled at the location of the property (less than a mile from family who live in the area). Lovely area and would not hesitate to book again!

Linda’s home is beautiful, clean, and decorated to perfection. Anything you need is already there for your stay. Linda is an excellent host just a phone call or a text away for any questions or concerns you might have. We were able to walk to the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard which was so convenient. We sat out on the patio for morning coffee and ate dinner out there even on a couple of chilly nights. It was beautiful. We biked 92 miles on the gorgeous bicycle trails of Cape Cod. We would suggest the Canal Trail, the Shining Sea trail and any of the Rail to Trails. Linda’s comfortable, clean home made our vacation all the better.

Of course there was a hurricane in the forecast for the day after we were scheduled to check in. Linda couldn’t have been more flexible and reasonable. Luckily, it never really showed up and we had great weather the rest of the week. The house is great and had everything we needed. Perfect location central to so much across the cape. Thanks again!
