We were in town for a wedding. The location was very convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was short drive to downtown and lots of restaurants. This is probably one of the best stocked rentals that we have seen. Coffee, snacks, etc. The listing was accurate, the rooms were all clean and spacious. Host was easy to reach and very accomodating. Don't know if we will be back to Ann Arbor, but if we are I would definetly consider a stay here again.

In town for a family wedding. Location is close but not too close to downtown. You could walk if you wanted to. The host was in constant communication if we needed something. It made me feel very taken care of. We had some family visit while we stayed and it was the perfect gathering place. Everything we needed was there - home away from home.

We rented the place to stay during hockey camp for our kids. Was really easy to get around, walked to downtown. Owner/manager was very helpful. Comfortable beds, met all Our needs.

The property fully matched the description! Super close to campus and our Umich son’s house. Great communication with host as well.

Loved this property! The owners made it very welcoming! It is an older home (guessing early 1900’s and is very cozy! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds! I would book the house again!

Absolutely one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed. Clean, comfortable and walking distance to town, campus and walking trails. Kathy makes communication easy and checks in to make sure you are settling in. I look forward to staying again.

We came to Ann Arbor to visit the University of Michigan. The house is well located near shops, restaurants and not far at all from the University. I love the old house and the colorful neighborhood. The four rooms were great and we were able to spread out. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home.

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable property. The host clearly takes good care of the property - the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you might need. The location is great - a 10 min walked to everything downtown. The host is extremely responsive to questions. Comfortable sofas and chairs to gather in the living room. Just perfect for our stay.

We came to Ann Arbor to watch MI basketball. Although MI lost, our stay was amazing. The house was perfect.

We so enjoyed our stay. We were able to nestle in to the house and make cookies and have family time. And also walk to Zingermans and all the shops. Great host. Great place.

Great location for a football weekend.

Kathy's place was great! Check in was easy, and she was very quick to reply to any questions we had along the way. The beds were very comfortable and she even went above and beyond to provide us some snacks upon check in. It's a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants in Kerrytown and downtown Ann Arbor. My friends and I had a great weekend!

The house worked great for our group of 5. Great hang out space in the living room and Kathy was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely book again if we come back to Ann Arbor

Three of us long-ago UM classmates wanted to meet in Ann Arbor for a nostalgic weekend, and Kathy's 3 level apartment/house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, wonderfully clean, and everything we needed was there. It's obvious that much care was put into the re-doing of the house. The mattresses were very comfortable, there is a TV in each of the bedrooms plus a large one in the living room (we didn't need them but they were there if we wanted to stream.) Kerrytown is quite close, as is the Gandy Dancer for a nice meal out. All in all, a good base of operations for an Ann Arbor trip.

Cathy was easy to work with and was a wonderful host - the beds are AWESOME!

This is a nice house that is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the home is roomy. One downside is there is an extra charge for every guest beyond 5 guests. But, this kind of defeated the purpose of us reserving a four bedroom home. The host was kind enough to wave that fee for us the last time we were there. But, we are in Ann Arbor for every home football game so that will definitely impact future stays. The parking is limited but that isn't something that the host can really change.

This home was clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Four lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Living room was nice and dinner room that seats 6. It was close to many sights of Ann Arbor. Kayaking on the Huron River, close to the University of Michigan, Botanical Gardens and Tarrytown shops!

Nice neighborhood, Kathy is very quick to respond to any inquiries.

My college roommates and are stayed at this property and it was perfect for a reunion! The location to Kerrytown and local restaurants, bars and farmers market was definitely a plus. Our stay was quite comfortable, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the hosts. The hosts went above and beyond to help us feel welcome and were very responsive when a circuit needed to be reset in the center bedroom. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds. Earplugs were provided for the morning train whistle but I didn’t need them. There is everything you’d need in a home away from home. The home is a short walk to the cascades and a 10 min walk to a vibrant shopping and dining scene, The home was immaculate though the bathrooms were a little musty. There is no back yard on the property and a resident lives below the main floor.

Very happy we got to stay in this beautiful house. It is in excellent condition, very clean and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Kathy is a thoughtful and professional host. She checked on us and had treats for my boys when we arrived. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. Very close to restaurants and shops in Ann Arbor and a few minutes drive to the UofM. There is a train that passes close by, It wasn’t a big deal for us but kathy has earplugs available in all rooms. The house has a basement that is booked separately, with a separate entrance and parking. Highly recommend staying here.

We had family gathering to celebrate a 95th birthday and 5 of us stayed very comfortably in this beautiful old home. It was exactly as described except that it was even bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and we went for a couple of long walks. Only a few blocks away you can get on a nice trail by the Huron river. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in Ann Arbor.
