Property was just as described if not better. I’ll remember it always as I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip 😊

This was the perfect stay for our night before we got on the cruise ship. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need. The location was quite and easily accessible.

This property was spacious. We were a A family of 4 and we were never on top of one another. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The place was also convenient to both Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. We also saw 3 rocket launches during our week. A great value,

We stayed here two years in a row for my sons spring break baseball tournament. We loved it! So close to everything we needed, clean and in a safe area.

Wendy is an awesome host and this is our all time favorite location. Great amenities and so close to beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back again.

We had a great stay! Wendy was very helpful and responsive. This rental has everything you would want or need at a property. Besides a well equipped kitchen the shed has anything you would need heading to the beach. We loaded up the cart and in a short time we were all set up at the beach with chairs, umbrellas and coolers!! We will be back!!

Stayed here before a cruise. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Wendy was a quick responder. Can walk to many restaurants and a grocery store . Could of easily stayed there all week, instead of the cruise.

This is an adorable seaside cottage! Incredibly well stocked, with great spaces to spread out and enjoy a relaxing vacation by the beach! Everything was perfect!

This place has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Three bedrooms, game room, sun room, and nice patio space. The kitchen is well appointed with multiple dish sets, utensils, and basic groceries. Plenty of towels for everyone, and bedding is very comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk and owner provides tons of toys for the beach including a cart to haul stuff around. Great stay, highly recommended.

Loved this cute house!! It felt really homey and bright and was very comfortable for us. Great proximity to the beach and accommodations for beach gear was fantastic! The beach cart was amazing quality and so easy to use. I would definitely like to stay again!

From the moment we arrived Wendy made us feel so very welcome. The conditions of the property were absolutely perfect. She was also very helpful throughout our entire stay with restaurant recommendations And sharing information about other properties in the area. We will definitely return to this location. We would also recommend any friends or family to work with Wendy she is truly a pleasure. My kids are already begging to go back.

The beach house was great - close to the ocean, lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house, and plenty of things in the shed to make a day at the beach enjoyable! Wendy was a great help with any questions that we had! Thank you for a GREAT stay!

My husband, myself, and daughters family ( 2 young rambunctious boys) were very comfortable here. Lots of thought put in by the owner for toys, games, kitchen extras and a shed full of beach stuff and a wagon to pull it in. Beach access just down the short street (no traffic). We did a fair amount of cooking and were disappointed that there was no dishwasher. Bathrooms were very tiny, but plenty of space in bedrooms to put toiletries, etc. There is a newer washer and dryer which was very handy. The home is 2 blocks from A1-A which is the main street where Publix and restaurants are. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. 2 porch spaces were lovely, especially for mealtimes.

The house was very lovely, comfortable and functional. Everything was clean and neat and the kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans, dishes and even a shelf of spices and olive oil, things that would have been costly to buy for one time use. There were plenty of bathroom towels and the beds were comfortable, though our group all agreed the pillows were too big and stiff. There was a shed full of everything to put into a wagon to take on the short walk to the beach, lots of chairs and beach towels. When we were not at the beach we spent most of our time on the enclosed porch for meals, jigsaw puzzles and gazing at the newly painted orange house across the street! We all loved this getaway and would be happy to return. Cocoa Beach at this spot was the way to go!

This location has an amazing location to the beach, and came stocked with essential items like beach towels, chairs, bath towels, blender, coffee maker, etc. We loved this rental and plan to use it again next year if our boys play baseball in Cocoa Beach.

Absolute perfection - less than .2 miles to the beach and the home was better than the awesome photos! Great location, great host - house had everything. Can’t wait to stay again, we all loved it.

The house is comfortable with 3 well done bedrooms, a couple of bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and a nice backyard. We loved the fact that there was a shed full of beach equipment like a cart, coolers, chairs and umbrellas. Lastly, we had issues with our flights on the day after Christmas due to many being canceled. The host was kind enough to offer to let us stay as we figured out logistics. We did manage to get out at 9pm as opposed to much earlier in the day. However, having the ability to hang back, sit in the house as I figured out how to get back home, was very nice. Thank you!

This cute beach house is in a great location just a short walk from the beach to watch the sunrise over the ocean. It’s a quieter beach than the ones closer to downtown, but still close to lots of restaurants, activities and grocery. We enjoyed putt putt and go-carts at Golf ‘n Gator. Our best meal was at Fat Kahuna’s! The house itself was very well stocked with everything you need, just relax and enjoy!

Wendy was very helpful the few times we needed anything.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Coco and this home could not have been more perfect! Couldn’t get a better location, home was clean, modern, and super well equipped all the way down to beach toys, umbrella and chairs! And our host Wendy was wonderful, helpful and so easy to communicate with. We will definitely be planning another family holiday at the beach hut!

My family of 6 had an amazing stay at this well maintained beach house . The owner was amazing and very attentive. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with lots of extras. Close to a clean and quiet beach for hours of relaxation and fun! I highly recommend this if you are looking for a place to relax with all the amenities of home right off the beach. We look forward to next years trip back !!!

Owner has filled home with everything you need in kitchen and lots of beach towels and chairs, etc. We have stayed twice. I almost hate to leave such a good review because I’m afraid it will book up faster and not be available the next time we want to come!

The property was very accommodating and had a warming atmosphere. It was just minutes to the ocean. The property was very clean and had supplies for the beach. It had all the comforts of home. My family and I have stayed in many Vrbo's is this is one of the best! The owner (Wendy) was incredible to work with and very accessible if need be. We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach and this humble abode!!!!

The house was great!! The location is very close to the beach. I would have liked to have a TV in the master bedroom, but it wasn't a big deal.

We had an excellent stay at this Cocoa Beach home. Just a block from the beach! Home was clean and very comfortable. Even a surprise video game system the boys were pumped about! Owner was great to work with before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We had fun the house is clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment. Good kitchen appliances and tools. Unfortunately a few of us had to work part of the time, the WiFi was strong enough for each of us to be on video calls.

This house is a short walking distance to the beach. The beach was fairly quiet, which I loved. The owner was available for questions and very responsive. Chairs and cart for pulling to the beach were nice to have. Also, the house is within close proximity to stores and restaurants. We had a very good time!
