It was close to all the attractions.

Cute little house close to everything you need. Also close to Mount Rushmore and other sites. Cozy furniture and the beds were as well.

While the house was on a busy street, there was no indoor noise. The location made it easy to get to Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the little white house. Owners were very caring and live close by. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a grocery store about a block away. Beds were comfortable.

Residence was as described. Clean and comfortable.. Owners were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This was Our 1st experience with the VRBO. The hosts were honest the home was very very clean had everything you could possibly need. I would absolutely rent here again

All Black Hills attractions were within reasonable driving distance of this property and it was located near a grocery store. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house was good for a family of four and a pup. The kitchen was stocked with needed supplies to prepare meals and it was nice to have a washer/dryer too. The hosts walked us through and showed us how to use all the appliances. We felt safe leaving our car with its roof rack and trailer in the on-site parking.

This rental worked out very well for our stay. Very close to where I needed to be. The owners and the house were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveled in from Pgh,PA for a family wedding. This property was just what we needed for a week long stay, comfortable & cozy with a good night's sleep...Just unpack and relax. Immediate access to everything Rapid City has to offer. Jean and Bob are very accommodating and the place is great.👍🏻

We were in town to play the last night of Freedom Fest. This is a lovely property and very convenient to get to the Monument Civic Center. We could have used an additional mirror but otherwise great accommodations.

Awesome 70 inch tv, comfortable leather couch and recliner, great shower, ceiling fan in every room, good air conditioning , comfortable bed and all the amenities of home: washer dryer and full kitchen. Convenient location to points of interest and downtown. Dog park within walking distance. Highly recommend. You could live here.

Bob's place was so wonderful! The perfect place for exploring the Black Hills area; it was really relaxing to come back to their place after a day of biking and hiking. The beds and couch were very comfortable; everything was very clean with all the kitchen essentials. We were both working half days, and the Wifi and living area set up were perfect for having a very productive morning before heading out to the mountains. We would definitely stay with Bob again!

This house is nice and cozy. Two bedrooms with fully adjustable full size beds. Very nice place to stay. The property owners live right next door which is nice incase you need them.

I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of online listing because the pictures make it look larger than it is. It is a tiny house. One of the bedrooms is very small with very little room for luggage. I gave 4 stars for location because it's right next door to a used car lot and on a pretty busy street. However, we thought it would be very noisy but it wasn't. It seemed like a safe place too. It was very nice inside, all new and clean appliances, including the cutest oven and dishwasher I've ever seen. The washer dryer combo was great too. The living room was comfortable and there is a large selection of movies to watch on the gargantuan TV. The beds were adjustable and very comfortable even though they were only doubles. It was a very nice central vacation rental location for us as we made day trips north and south during our stay. Overall a great place for what we needed. Thanks Bob and Jean!

Great location about an hour away from the badlands and 30minutes from Mt Rushmore. We really liked the comfortable beds (the kind that can tilt up or down) and the big TV in the living room. Also, they let us use their 50amp dryer outlet on the outside of the house to charge my electric car and had a nice (but not fully fenced) yard for the dog! Very nice place with all our needs met!

Everything was immaculate the home was great for what we were looking for. We spent most of the days sight seeing and when we got back it was nice to relax and get ready to do it again.

Here's a few things I wish I had known before we stayed here. First, this place is located on a main street. There is road noise and there's a train that comes by... luckily for myself and my husband we sleep with a sound machine on so the street noise and train did not keep us from sleeping. Also...there are 2 rooms, both with full size adjustable beds. The first night we stayed in the room with all the windows. Not great for us as the room is very bright when the sun rises. So we moved into the other room from the next night on. Much better. That room is much darker so we were able to sleep in a bit more. Everything beyond this was great. We met the owner...he lives right next door. He was very nice. the place was clean and comfortable. We had to leave early due to a family emergency but would have been happy to stay for the remainder of our trip. There were plenty of towels. I had to take the blanket from the other bed and layer it on top of the bed we slept in cuz I was still cold but I did find an electric blanket in a closet so I could have used that. We were happy with the place.

Clean place. Easy access to Rushmore, Badlands, Custer, Windcave. Robert and his wife were very hospitable. I recommend it.

This place was cute and functional. Had everything you needed for a break from the road. Bob was very pleasant. Close to everything a d on 20 minutes form Mt. Rushmore. Enjoyed our stay

It’s a great location for those who are travelling with family to the Black Hills/Mt. Rushmore/Badlands Region. The place is huge for a 4-person family like ours. We will be back as we were not able to explore Badlands NP as much as we want to and we’ll definitely try to book this place again!

Great home base for our visit to Mount Rushmore and Crazy House. Friendly hosts, comfortable atmosphere and beds, cute inside and great TV! Convenient location with lots of parking!

We decided that we wanted a "Home Base" for our week long vacation in SD and this fit the bill. The house is an hour or less from Deadwood, Black Hills, Wall's Drug, Wind Cave National Park and Badlands. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it! Mr. and Mrs. Bob live right next door and are super quick in responding to any questions. Full kitchen, bathroom and a HUGE TV that already has cable on it if you want to relax after a long day. The picture shows a high island table with two high stool type chairs. Because we wanted to eat at a lower table and play games, I reached out and asked Bob about a lower table, figuring if this was it, we would bring a folding table and chairs. No harm no foul. Bob lowered the table and brought in 4 lower chairs before we got there. Someone mentioned not hearing any noise, but while this wasn't a big deal to us, it is on the main drag so there was some traffic noise and when you turn on any water, there is a noise from the bathroom that sounds like a cell phone. (It's the water heater I think) but we got used to it quickly. The last night we heard what sounded like a dying (or in love) animal outside but this wasn't something Bob could control! :) The house is within walking distance of a great grocery store and a quick drive to downtown Rapid City which was super cool. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home so much that we extended another day. You won't be dissapointed.
