Waiting for bedroom in the morning with little bit of stress before check out. No charging spots so I had to climb to half stair to plug in my chargers.

Es primer hostal en el mundo en que pido agua caliente y esta se me niega. El agua por mormativa internacional y sentido común no se puede negar. No hay un espacio común lo que lo transforma en un lugar claustrofóbico. Sumado a personal en general no muy agradable. No me senti cómodo

I slept well.

My original booking I requested a kettle. The response from Safestay confirmed they will be able to arrange this. When I arrived there was no kettle. I asked again could I have a kettle and the request was refused!

A localização é incrível, a limpeza é muito boa, tem tomada e luz ao lado das camas e cortina para privacidade. Mesmo o quarto ter carpete não houve problema, estava bem limpo. O atendente foi muito prestativo. O banheiro é muito bom e com espaço confortável, inclusive tinha secador de cabelo. Eu amei! Melhor hostel que já fiquei na Europa!

A única coisa que não gostei foi que é preciso pagar para deixar a bagagem em uma sala em que todas as bagagens são colocadas juntas. Se é para pagar o ideal seria um locker individual. Se vc se incomodar com barulho para dormir pode não ser uma boa opção porque a rua do hostel tem muitos bares.

nothing much to dislike

Otel tam merkezde, ucuz, temiz, güvenli, kısacası harika, otel odaları küçük ama zaten sadece yatmak için kullanıyoruz. Harika bir otel. Tavsiye ederim, bu kadar merkezde olup ucuz olması beni korkutmuştu ama çok iyi bir otel ild karşılaştım.

Great location! Near to everything

- Very central - Most of the staff were friendly - Comfortable double bed - Soap, towels and fan provided - Key app was very easy to set up and use - Working WiFi (albeit slow) - Hot water - If you are staying for several days and you are present in the room during daily cleaning, the staff will knock on the door to offer you a change of towel - Bins were changed when we were out one day - Despite the small room, there was somewhere to hang clothes and store items

- Absolutely awful smell from the vent in the en suite the whole time (the bathroom itself seemed clean) - We were on the 3rd floor and the window didn't open more than a few inches because of the sloping roof. Combined with the broken lift during our visit, it made me a little nervous about fire risk - Due to the location, the streets outside are noisy all through the night and morning, which is problematic when there is no AC (earplugs are 100% necessary) - Brown stains on one towel - Low water pressure

I did need a fan because it was too hot but then the staff refused to provide it

The location is great (just a stone's throw away from the Grote Markt), cozy looking entrance, clean accommodation, presence of a lift. Bunk bed with curtains for privacy and ensuite bathroom. Cool key system with app to open door. Lockers in room.

Small dorm & The sound proof is poor. Some French-speaking male adult travellers wreaked absolute havoc (making noise, running in the hallway and in their room etc) after midnight, making it difficult to fall asleep. We can hear every time someone uses the shower. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands or shower
