All self check-in worked perfectly.
There could be a few more coat hangers and mirrors than there currently are.

Location. Having plenty of room.
The TV in the bedroom isnt working. There is no window in the appartment.

Location is good. Very convenient to access city centre by metro lines, while there is a huge park nearby.
The room was dusty, and facilities are not in good shape. Refurbishment needs to be done.

Location is great, bus, metro, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Comfortable bed.
1.No WiFi in living room although advertised " WiFi in all areas" and I had to lie in bed to access;
2. Having asked for a quiet room was given room above garage door so more noise;
3. Stayed 8 nights but sheets and towels only changed once; public holiday during week but fresh towels could have been left in advance. Nowhere to dry towels.
4. Our apartment bore no resemblance to advertised photos.
5. No cupboard in kitchen to store provisions and kitchen again bore no resemblance to the photos;
6. Soft furnishings had stains which could easily have been removed;
7.TV in bedroom not working.
8. Had stayed in hotel before and not had a great experience but gave the hotel a second chance as family and friends live here and we visit regularly.

The location was good for me because it's close to where i need to go. Last time i stayed i gave them a good review. Imagine the whole room had one electric plug.

I loved the microwave and tea and fridge. The room was comfortable.
In booking.com there were reviews that mention how annoying it was to have no service desk. For me I thought it wouldnt be a problem, until I got there and seen I was only allowed to phone from 8 to 20:00 on a week day. I was there in the weekend and desperately wanted to join for breakfast, but sorry for me, not an option to phone and ask and no information in the room. That was most frustrating. I ended up going to another hotel for breakfast.
The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor quite alot. I dont know why.

The location is very good.
The nice picture shown of the flat did not match at all with what I got. The room was on the ground floor, very dark and somewhat claustrophobic. There was no kitchenette, but only a cupboard with a kettle, a microwave and a really tiny kind of fridge. That was it. The furniture was shabby and worn, a bit depressing. In the bathroom there are no hooks or shelves, you need to put your stuff on the floor.

the location was great
we were in the ground floor, street view, it was very noisy, every single door opened or people who are talking wake you up.
there’s no reception, they forgot the voucher for the breakfast ( in the Léopold coffee near the property) and when we call the customer service, they said no breakfast during the weekend????
the room was clean but old ( lights, climatisation doesn’t work, the shower had a water leak…)

maybe it is better in the upper room but if you have the ground floor good luck.

I liked having a separate space downstairs to work and a sleeping area upstairs. Also one appliance in the kitchen did not function but this was repaired very quickly.
The facilities have seen better days, a little renovation would make it a more attractive place.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, it had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is also really convenient and is a very nice area in Brussels
