the location is good for us to travel to the equestrian centre while we are in Bali during the weekends. the staff are really friendly and helpful and it's super sustainable, better than many 5 star hotels in Bali which is important to us.

The room we had this time had a blocked shower that kept flooding the bathroom. the bigger rooms are more convenient and well put together. there was not cutlery or utensils in the kitchen but there are plates and cups. The water jug doesn't fit into the fridge as it's so small. It just felt much more budget that the bigger room. we will try it one more time to see if we just had bad luck with that room. (I live in Sumbawa but am not Indonesian)

ОТличный отель в который можно приезжать из года в год, если вы не планируете особо долго задерживаться в Чангу . Иногда можно получить скидку , и получается цена дешевле чем на других площадках. Последний раз снимал ежедневно , за 1 млн 131 тыс рупий. Но учитывая , что приходишь в отель обычно либо охлаждаться , либо спать , то все устраивает. Естественно везде идет стройка, это же Чангу , поэтому просите номера потише и подальше . И всей будет окей . Внизу есть бесплатное лаундри, отличная вещь , которую ранее не замечал. Парковка бесплатная, передвигаюсь только на машине , потому парковал ее свободно и спокойно.

This is not the worst hotel in Bali. Not a bad place the hotel is big always have rooms there is parking and a small breakfast

Unfortunately the hotel is very old. The rooms are poorly cleaned. Divorces on the floor. Hair in the bathroom and on the beds. Tired hotel. Very small breakfast. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. The worst thing is the registration in the hotel staff works very slowly. Registration takes 30 minutes. At the same time you stand in a stuffy lobby. The whole building is decorated with plants but unfortunately artificial that is very strange and does not look like the style of Bali where greenery and so grows by itself.

They were all so very kind and everything was clean. The rooftop pool was my favorite. The view is truly amazing from the rooftop. The room was good and clean. I had a great stay!

Good location (walking distance to Finns and many restaurants). Convenient, has everything you need. Good breakfast. Amazing staff.

Too much noise (fireworks, guests upstairs). Bed was not super comfortable and you could feel the joining of 2 single beds to make a king bed.

The location wasn’t the best. Central canngu was only accessible by go-jerk. Probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Air conditioning couldn’t be set lower than 22 degrees and rooms were not sound proof

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Mit kleiner Küche und genügend Staumöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-In unkompliziert und schnell. Das Hotel war nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und der Poolbereich war auch sehr schön.

Citidines we’re great, very accommodating and lovely staff. Awesome pools and could always get a pool lounge. Rooms we’re comfortable and clean and very very safe in the property.

There was quite a bit of noise at night with construction next door which was happening at all hours.

The stuff was super friendly and supportive, giving advice on where to go. They even helped me with the laundry.

Awesome roof top pool and nice earth pool , reasonably good location, beach is walking distance , eco friendly, a lot of eateries nearby. quite quiet at night eventhough theres a beach club nearby.. atlas n finns are very near if u r a party goer. the room is spacious ,shower water pressure is good. stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. perfect for a family with teens

1. the TV reception is really bad.. the chanel is distorted and the living room tv wasnt working.. in this modern age i would suggest them to have a smart tv so that the guest can log on into their own acc to watch their programmes such as amazon prime , netflix. need the smart tv it would be nice to relax in the room to watch your fav shows after a long day exploring Bali 2. i went to the roof pool in the morning , sadly the cafe next to the pool wasnt clean properly a lot of dirty plates and food leftovers which turned me off. Please make sure the bar/cafe is properly clear before the morning starts. this is already 730am in the morning,

De sfeer van het hotel was erg fijn, heel gemoedelijk en rustig. Verschillende type mensen, maar iedereen hield rekening met elkaar.

De sfeer bij het ontbijt was heel kil, er stond kei harde muziek op en de smaak van muziek was ook erg droevig. je kreeg daar niet het gevoel dat je er langer wilde blijven zitten. Qua keuze was het ontbijt wel goed.

Es ist ein gepflegtes, ordentlich geführtes Hotel, in dem wir uns gut betreut fühlten. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption gaben jederzeit umfangreich Auskünfte. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und großzügig ausgestattet. Zum Strand waren es knapp 5 Minuten zu laufen.

Alles war gut.

I stayed in the second building on the first floor on the side of the beach clubs- not great side to be on - unless you go to the beach clubs you will deffinitely hear them till midnight In my room there was a broken air ventilation and it kept making terrible noise at night and it want on and off. Every night I ended up staying in different room to sleep. I think it would be better just to let me switch the room it was very annoying to not be able to sleep in my own room with all of my stuff but every night calling the recpetion, them “checking” and than me going around the hotel in pyjamas to sleep in different room and in the morning they woke me up by phone to return to my room. Also i didnt like that in the rooftop bar there is only like 10 sunbeds which are almost always occupied and you have to remember to take towel from downstairs pool area because they have no towels upstairs which makes no sense. I think since the pool area upstairs is so tiny they should only have it available to the hotel guests only.

De locatie van het hotel is prima, op loopafstand verschillende restaurants en beachclubs. Ook de wifi werkte goed.

De airco stonk enorm… kamers zijn enorm gehorig. Elke nacht onze buren thuis horen komen… ook het ontbijt hebben we na 1x proberen voortaan maar overgeslagen. Bij het zwembad onwijs weinig lichtbedjes voor een mega hotel als dit.

10/10 excellent location and service etc was amAZING After staying in Seminyak for a week (biggest let down ever) this completely changed my trip and holiday.

I can hear the sound of partying from Atlas Beach Club, it was so loud, I cant sleep. Suggest hotel to make double glass windows. To prevent this happening.
