The atmosphere was perfect, staff were amazing, and the pool was grate.

No heating, and it got as low as --3° (Might jabe just been my room idk)

Nice location, easy to get to the main attractions with public transportation or by walk. Comfortable bed and very hot shower. Soundproof.

Shaking of the Metro each time was passing (so from early morning to late night). Everything is kind of outdated and would need renovation.

Only good thing was the service from the man at the reception on Sunday afternoon around 6PM who printed a page for me. Very friendly and polite.

We arrived quite late on the Friday to do check in. I didn’t know they asked for a credit card copy for security purpose I never had to give copy of my credit card to anyone apart from input on the website when booking. Also, I didn’t have the physical card, and the hotel card machine doesn’t have the contactless option. Had to transfer money around to the only physical card I have but don’t use so I could make the payment. There is no curtain or glass between the shower and bathroom, when you shower the water splashes everywhere and the entire bathroom was wet. And to finish, checkout was 11am, however at 10am the cleaner woman walked in our room without knocking the door and when saw us inside did not even apologize!!! Unacceptable. I don’t recommend it at all.

The pool saved us from a hot hot hot Paris. Excellent bed. Good size rooms. In general good place to stay in 13th, which we loved a lot. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc.

The hotel has a bit oldish and shady interior, including our "terrace" and all the time the magnetic key was broken. First shock - was that the local market was at the doorstep, but after - we loved it.

it had a swimming pool, dressing gown & slippers in room.

Room safe was broken and reception couldn’t secure my valuables anywhere eg passport & credit cards/money. our balcony was easily accessible eg shared with next door and a stairs going down to floor below - it didn’t feel safe so I left the curtains drawn and the tv on so people would think we were in. Also breakfast staff slow and food awful eg I had no cereal spoon knife or fork glass for juice for about 15 mins and we were short of time.

Location was good! Very nice and helpful staff, nice swimming pool and very comfortable bed :)

the location, the tea in the room. Nice hotel only to sleep and only using public transports

first we booked 2 rooms: one room had a small terrace: we found a men in dressing gown looking through the window of our door accessing the terrace. How shocking! People come here to smoke half naked! What a view. Second we chose the hotel for the private parking: a small tiny garage you reach driving through the WE market! You even cannot access the hotel from the parking: how nice for the luggages. Third: WE market starts its installation very very early: good luck to sleep
