The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.

Das Frühstück war gut. Bisschen mehr Auswahl hätte sein dürfen war aber ausreichend und man ist gut satt geworden es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Modern central hotel 60m from the main station but very quiet. Clean and comfy room. Lift to all floors. Breakfast available

The bed was very comfortable - good pillows etc. - better than in most other hotels.

For breakfast there was a another building to go to, which I found less convenient, although its was very close.

very simple room, old furniture, no mini bar, not even water in my room. I paid 180€ for one night.

Very well placed for all our needs, modern lay out and great art deco throughout. A good selection of things to eat and dinner in the sky bar was nice!

Great location, right next to station and close to football ground.

Location is perfect and hotel facilities are very modern, breakfast is very complete

Corridors are not carpeted so people walking late night or early morning can bother a bit

We ended up being upgraded to a room in the Innside hotel right across this hotel so the room review applies to Innside but the location and staff applies to both. -Central location especially if you're visiting for Autostadt -Smooth check in and nice, clean rooms with a decent city view

-Rooms could be lit a little brighter -Tea bags along with coffee would've been nice

- Parking was offered in booking as "free" but we actually had to pay for it. Booking later updated the website but we did not get any refund - Internet was sub-optimal: too slow. - We did not really stayed in Centrum but in Innside. I do not know what is going on here, but it was a bit fishy. - Some members of staff (not all) were a bit defensive/rude
