A nice hotel in a good location with everything you need for a pleasent stay.

Very friendly check in staff and free onsite parking Room was comfortable and had good wifi Bathroom was excellent with great shower and good size

Room was on top floor with no lift - furniture was rather dated and room was cramped with sloping ceilings which made sitting up in bed difficult. Location wasnt great - we heard boy racers going past all night and didnt feel it was in a particularly safe or nice neighbourhood with no nice shops or cafes locally. Only upside was that it was 15 mins walking distance to the VW museum complex.

Spacious apartment, quiet place, private parking, good breakfast.

What I did not like was the fact that they had a sanitary check-up of their tap water which turned out to show some increased risks of legionella bacteria in their taps. This was not the main problem though. The main problem was that they have left a note on the desk about it in... GERMAN! I do not speak German, so it took me some time (as well as a couple of tap water sips) to google translate the note into the language that I speak.

Don't expect a luxury hotel with all modern commodities, but you will get a good nice room, and great staff.

Staff were very friendly. They helped me a lot to make things easy. Clean room, comfy bed, and quite place. Very close to Autostadt, walking distance. Many restaurants around and big shopping centre less than 10 mins walk. Highly recommended.

Although room was very clean, hair drier wasn't working and one of the bathroom lights was flashing. Everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was very well presented and of good quality

Clean and cozy, has everything what needed, staff was really helpful, room was clean and well equiped. Breakfast was very tasty. I really recommend this hotel and will for sure come back.
