Das Hotel liegt wunderschön und ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant ist nicht wirklich gut. Für den Preis würde ich etwas mehr Qualität erwarten. Manche Mitarbeiter des Personals im Restaurant sind nicht wirklich motiviert. Schade!

Das Zimmer ist optisch und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet; die Betten (in unserem Fall Einzelbetten) luxuriös breit und sehr bequem; außergewöhnlich gutes Toilettenpapier ; großzügige, leicht zu bedienende Dusche ; gutes Essen zu angemessenem Preis

beide Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer; die zu niedrige und flache Toilette ; für mich wäre - bei dieser Vielzahl von Kissen - ein flacheres zum orthopädisch besseren Schlafen wünschenswert.

Der kulinarische Teil des Aufenthaltes war eher semi optimal! Sowohl beim Essen im Restaurant Abends als auch des Frühstück gibt’s noch Luft nach Ober. Das passt nur der Preis zu Hotelkategorie …..

Essen im Restaurant am Abend überteuerte Gerichte mit sehr wenig auf dem Teller. Würden nicht mehr dort essen.

Frühstück wurde 15 Minuten vor Ende der angegeben Frühstückszeit einfach abgeräumt, ohne jeglichen Kommentar oder Hinweis. Sehr unhöflich und unaufmerksam, schade bei dem Frühstückspreis und wenn man ausschlafen möchte

Die Lage ist einfach ganz wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und es macht Freude dort zu übernachten.

Das Personal im Restaurant und insbesondere auf der Terrasse ist leider nur mäßig freundlich… es dauert unfassbar lange bis man etwas bestellen kann. Bei Folgebestellungen dauerte es noch länger… ebenso beim Bezahlen… Das Personal machte sich insgesamt sehr rar.

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick zum See . Hervorragendes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Top Ausstattung mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett . Sehr sauber .

Beautiful location overlooking the Lake and the room was very clean and spacious. Lovely breakfast choice also. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Puts so-called 4 star UK Hotels to shame !

Location was simply amazing

Too quiet at breakfast, some guests were whispering to each other. We were a little uncomfortable, staying with our children, as we were the only ones speaking normally.

Very comfortable and nice hotel. Modern design in the rooms. There are free parking in front hotel, also ability order garage parking slot. The place were nice - near the water/lake, kids able to swim

Restaurant food and service. Food wasnt tasty, we tried bbq chicken and summer salmon bowl, sound good only in menu. We didnt able to order any simple food for kids (sausages). Service in restaurant wasnt good as well: we got others peoples drinks, we took from other table forks because we got the food plates without full set of tools, people from other tables helps to translate into german languages ..

We had a lovely stay in a modern suite with view of the lake. Friendly and patient concierge who came immediately and explained to us how the airco and blinds worked.

The price of 24 EUR for breakfast

Everything about this hotel was above and beyond! The view over the lake, terrace and especially the food ! Selection of drinks was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more I’ll definitely be back!

Property was modern and location was good.

There was no Tv available in the room, the parking was very limited unless you wanted to pay €15 per night down in the basement. Food was expensive and not much choice.

I forgot my phone charger in the room, my request to send the charger to my home address was processed promptly for the expense of 10€ only.

The coffee machines at the lobby bar must work and the customers must be serviced until the end of the working time of the lobby bar. Shutting down the machines like 10-15 minutes before the end of the working time is not acceptable.

Modern clean hotel in a good location, a short walk to Autostadt and the city centre. The hotel is located in a park, and overlooks a lake which is pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. There is very limited free parking spaces outside the entrance, we were lucky and managed to park there throughout our stay.

- nice and helpful service (however not everyone were speaking good quality English), - location - beautiful area with lake and park and close to all the points we wanted to see (accessible with walk or bike), - not too croudy - more quests only during the weekend, - beautiful view from the room, - spacious room, - varied breakfast

- no wellness / SPA area in a hotel itself (there is separate Badeland nearby but you need to go to other building), - not much of vegetables for breakfast and scrambled eggs made of egg powder

Amazing location right on the lake shore with lots of different routes to walk around. Very close to the football arena if you are attending the match and a 15 minutes walk to the Autostadt, a place definitely worth visiting in Wolfsburg

The strange layout of the room with glass wall for the bathroom and a curtain outside of the toilet wall. Not an issue for a solo traveller who might want to look outside while showering but a weird one for the family with teenager
