Everything was amazing except the photos inferred that the pool and spa would be part of our view and easily accessible from our apartment but in reality it was part of the owners home although they were very friendly and we were absolutely welcome to use it, we would have preferredd more privacy..lacked

The apartment looked like it was new or newly renovated. The owners living on the same property were really nice. The pool upstairs on the owners side was huge. Location was really good.
Could have used another toilet. Que started forming very fast.

We were in Hamilton for a family reunion. There with my elderly parents and my sister. Plenty of room. Very clean and tidy. Lovely touch with a chocolate treat on the towels at the end of each bed. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Even had out, sugar coffee tea milk in fridge. Would DEFINITELY recommend 😀

We were mainly going to the North island for the women’s World Cup. We needed a home base to explore the rest of the island in between games. This was a great choice. The hosts were great. Logistics went smoothly and the house was comfortable.

Very clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The towels in each bedroom even had little chocolates on them. Such a nice touch that you often don't see anymore. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. A place I would most certainly come back to. A+

Lovely, well appointed home; an easy 5 minute walk to the local Dairy and convenient store, and cafe. And a 15 minute walk to FMG Stadium. An excellent choice for our FIFA world cup pool match.

We went to watch a FIFA soccer match and the location was perfect - only a stone away from the stadium and shops were close enough too. We were welcomed to a warm cozy, tidy and comfortable house which made our recovery from our long tiring trip from overseas way lot easier and seamless.

Everything about this property was excellent, we couldn't fault it. Very clean and comfortable and little special touches such as milk in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated! Access to the pool and spa was a highlight for us. We would thoroughly recommend to our friends and family.

Rose and Paul were great answering all our questions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and very convenient for our short stay. Since we had such a short stay in New Zealand, we didnt stay much at the apartment. We used it for sleeping purposes only.
Everything was exactly like was described on the website. Good place to stay with family. Convenient location to stay in Hamilton.

Great property, with 3 large bedrooms and well equiped kitchen. Main bed was very comfortable and place was nice and clean. Great quiet location, short drive to Main Street and river walks. Lovely host with easy checkin process

Paul and Rose made us very welcome and the house was lovely and clean, had everything we needed and lots of space for our teenage boys. Situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood not to far from supermarkets and a coffee shop in walking distance. Having a hire car we based ourselves here to do day trips to Rotorua, Hobbiton and Waikato caves. A spa and swim after day tripping made a perfect end to our days.

Great property and location, close to Hamilton CBD and great coffee house 2 mins walk away. House was excellent and the use of the owners pool was an added bonus. Would recommend.

Some little suggestions...
1. A clothes air dryer would be handy. Although there was a clothes line, with so much rain, it was hard to get out clothes dry.
2. Fry pans in kitchen could be replaced. Even with oil, everything stuck to them.

Nice, bright, clean unit. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals. Beautiful outdoor patios. Parking was convenient. Good location. Communication was good and self check in was easy. Would recommend.
