We rented the whole place for my sister’s bachelorette party. Most of the group had not been to Newport and, as New England girls, we could not have been prouder to show them this gorgeous city with such a phenomenal rental as our home base! The location renders cars and Ubers unnecessary because it is a half block from the door to the wharfs. We were central to everything which allowed the freedom for everyone to pop home as needed. The building itself allowed everyone their bedroom with private bathroom - enough said! Each room was spacious and bright with comfortable furniture and adorable views of the town. The full kitchen is a god send and the living room, which opens up to the dining room, allowed us all to lounge about together during downtime. We had all the amenities we could ever need and the host was available 24/7 to help with anything we could need. This was the perfect place to host our happy group and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming to Newport.

Phenomenal experience in a great location

Pelham Street home was perfect for our girls weekend. We had 17 girls to celebrate my younger sisters upcoming wedding and we could not have been more happy with the location and quality of the home we rented from Windward Suites. The house was very clean, spacious and included all the amenities we needed for the perfect Newport weekend. Highly recommend this house . Thank you.

Wonderful stay in downtown Newport! You can not beat the location. Just a minute or 2 walk down the hill to Thames street where all the shopping and food is at. Property was in excellent condition, like a boutique hotel. we were a group of 13 people from 20yo to some in their 60s. A great home base for everyone to break off and do their own thing and meet up in the living room/kitchen at the end of the day. Communication with the host was excellent.
