friendly helpful staff, they were always available to help, a good range of food , the quietness of my room and the shower was great

The rooms and excellent, clean and spacious. The wifi is good. The staff are exceptional - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help. It has a brilliant space to work and is accessible for the city.

I organised an airport pickup and it did not arrive. As a solo female travelled with no phone signal, this left me in a difficult situation. The exact same thing happened with a colleague, so I hope this can be fixed in the future. The food is hit and miss. The vegetarian and vegan options are very limited. In fact, the poke bowl is labelled on the menu as vegetarian, but it turned out to have chicken stock in it. This is not acceptable, especially when you do not eat certain meats or ingredients as a religious requirement or because of allergies. I hope this will be improved in the future as I would like to stay again.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They had a lovely gym, very modern and well equipped. The food was out of this world, very tasty.
