Property is great. We will definitely stay again when it’s not raining and we can enjoy the outdoor spaces.

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara and loved the location of our little bungalow! The proximity to the beach and downtown was perfect as was the walking areas to access the beach.

Driveway parking, amazing location, stylish accommodations, private garden/deck with lots of seating and gas fire pit, everything is spotless and new!

We were here for a week with our dog and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed with great outdoor space. The location is an easy drive to the dog beach and State Street/Funk Zone. Would definitely stay here again!

Needed a place that could also accommodate our pup when in SB for my daughter’s tournament (she stayed with the team, this cute place wouldn’t have been big enough for her too). Wow wow I can not express enough what a gem this place is. It looked great online and just as wonderful in “real life”. It’s decorated in such a cute manner and was sooo clean. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood of unique homes and especially the very nearby coastline. We were even able to walk the coastline from the house down to the harbor and state street area, great location. Easy check in and convenient tips were provided. Loved it.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely house a few blocks from the beach and the park. The house is so comfortable with a great indoor/outdoor feeling. The outside patio and backyard provide a relaxing retreat under a beautiful Jacaranda tree. The property is conveniently located near tasty restaurants and cafes, and is tucked into a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It's well maintained, and the host is responsive and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location. Cozy and comfortable

This place was perfect for a couple coming to Santa Barbara. We we're in town for a wedding and did most stuff in the funk zone and downtown and it was a quick 5-10 minute uber down there. Place was very nice, close to beach and great outdoor space.

My wife and I spent our 25th anniversary vacation here. We brought our chocolate lab with us too. What a perfect little place. We fell in love with The Mesa neighborhood. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Shoreline Park has stairs leading down to the beach where dogs may roam off-leash. We will definitely return.

This is a small cottage, but is is charming. The bed was comfortable and he kitchen well appointed. It us decorated with some nice touches. It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fantastic stay at this Dreamy Beach Cottage! Everything was great, the place was clean, close to the beach and the outdoor area was fantastic. The french doors in the bedroom were awesome to keep open and feel the ocean breezes. We loved every minute of our trip!

Easton was so friendly and helpful and the place was perfect for us. It looks exactly like the photos and we loved staying there! It was cute and cozy and the backyard area was amazing! The location is also great. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again!

My daughter and I had an amazing time at this property. It was the perfect size for the two of us, Definitely comfortable for for a family of three evenIt had a great yard for us to hang out in. It was also a dog friendly property! Really close to the beach really great location. My daughter and I definitely plan on coming back. This property is absolutely gorgeous, it’s a tiny little cottage perfect for two with so many cute little nesting areas in the backyard. The property is well taken care of and you can see the thought that went into the reconstruction. My mate and I loved our stay!

Overall great experience here and just a short walk away from the beach! Came here for a nice little mini honeymoon away after all the labors of wedding planning and it was so perfect! Had access to our favorite shows, lounging outside at night by the fire pit, walking to the beach, and even the restaurants!

My husband, infant son, dog, and I loved our stay here. It’s a super cute house in a great location that was central to most everything we did. The backyard was a nice place to spend time as well! Easton was very responsive and helpful with my questions. Would stay here again!

This house was very clean, and even though the neighborhood is right next to the City College, it was very quiet. Easton was immediately responsive to any of my questions, and very helpful! I didn't read there was no dishwasher, my fault! My only complaint is that there wasn't very much space to dry dishes. Everything was as described, and Easton let us drop our things prior to check in since we had rented a truck with an open bed and didn't want to leave our luggage. Cute little house, for my husband and I, and our little dog.

We enjoyed the property. It is exactly as described online. It was immaculate and very easy to get to. Close to the beach and close to downtown. The property is well-equipped. We stayed for 6 nights and appreciated that. We would definitely consider this place again if we get back to Santa Barbara!

Great property! The location was terrific with great walks to the beach and through SBCC to State Street and Funk Zone.

My husband, small dog, and I enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful rental. Everything is super clean and comfortable, and the ourdoor patio space is really lovely. The house is a short walk to the beach/park and stores are just a short drive away. The check in/out process was seamless and the owner communicated all the details perfectly. We spent our days exploring local trails and taking in all of Santa Barbara's beauty. The house is in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return!

We had a great time staying at Easton's property. He responded to questions very quickly. The bathroom toilet was not secured properly (but still functional) and the oven convection fan sounded like it needed to be repaired. I informed Easton and he said he would look into repairing those items after our stay. We were only there for a couple of nights so those issues weren't a major inconvenience. Overall it was a positive experience. Easton was a great host.

All communication was phenomenal and clear…I stayed here the night before my wedding and my wedding night. I am a local and the location was great and so nice having the outdoor space. We got ready here at the home and it was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the place was super clean!

A wonderful cottage and garden so close to the beach with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go in Santa Barbara. Everything seemed to be designed for a comfortable stay from the beautiful garden, the easy to cook in kitchen, the grill on the deck, the very comfortable king-sized bed, to the easy parking. A great place to stay in Santa Barbara.

We had a fabulous time staying at this immaculate well organized and ideally located home! Enjoyed daily walks to the beach, relaxing on the beautiful deck and cooking in the well equipped kitchen! Easton is a great host! We will be back!

Easton’s house is a dream! Beautifully designed and extremely clean. We walked to the beach in five minutes and hung out on the hammock in the afternoon. Easton responded very quickly to my questions and was very accommodating. Will be back soon!
