Location was good! House needs some tender caring! Cleaning and upkeep. Furniture other than beds not comfortable in the house.

Our family of seven adults (five in their 20’s and two in their 50’s) enjoyed the comfortable, well-stocked, and spacious beach house. We visit different towns across the southeast after Christmas every year. This has to be the best one yet. From the house, we watched the sunrise every morning, loved seeing the pelicans fly in their procession several times a day and even saw a couple of dolphins in the distance. We enjoyed being able to play board games and eat in the different areas of the house designed for gatherings; we even had an outdoor seafood boil one evening. Even in the winter cold, being close to the beach was a treat. We played in the backyard, “hiked” the shore to the pier for lunch, and explored downtown Folly Beach. We took in nature at the preserve close by and the park in the south end. We also drove 30 minutes to Charleston to shop at the market and walk the town. It was a perfectly balanced vacation. You cannot go wrong with this property, and I’ve never seen a host provide as much indoor and outdoor equipment geared towards cooking and having fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our stay because we could sit out in the deck and enjoy the ocean. Inside was clean and owner responded quickly.

We stayed at this house the last week of September. It was a great experience and lots of memories were made. The weather was not the best BUT we made the best of each day. Being able to be RIGHT on the beach was amazing and so convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

Communication was easy and answered all our questions. Very accommodating and was even able to get us in a little early. Location was wonderful. Enjoyed the screen porch and gazebo looking out over the ocean. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

The unit was just what we wanted. Disappointed in fireworks cancellation but not your fault. When can I expect my security deposit to be refunded?

Perfect little house right on the beach- amazing upper and lower decks. Super clean, stocked everything we needed. Great location!

Perfect place to celebrate my dad’s birthday. One of the best stocked properties I’ve stayed in. Only bummer was that the upstairs bathroom has no fan so showers steam just drenches the bathroom. Other than that it was a beautiful property right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend. GREAT experience.

We had a wonderful time using the outdoor living space with our family. It was really convenient and easy to manage little ones.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location so close to the beach and the grassy yard instead of a long boarwalk was a huge plus! Its right next to a public beach access so parking can get a bit tricky, but the nice part is there are surfers to watch all day. There are tons of shells and beach treasures to find. Quick drive or bike ride to cute, small downtown area. Clean bedrooms/bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice size kitchen, amazing outdoor space and private beach access made the stay wonderful. We look forward to coming back!

This home was so perfect! We had 4x couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was super clean when we got there and it had everything we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The pictures do not do it justice! So much outdoor space to enjoy the ocean breeze. I loved the location being almost at the end of Folly because we didn’t have a lot of foot traffic or people at our end of the beach. We would absolutely go back!

Our family of 5 plus 3 of my oldest son’s friends had a great week at the beach. Several other families rented beach houses at Folly but our house became the main hub because of the beautiful beach and the wonderful outdoor accommodations.

Fifth time at Folly. Loved the house. Plan to use this property again in 2024.

We really enjoyed our stay! All the family enjoyed. The home was set up with all things you need, it was very quiet and the beach was semi private. It’s not in a super busy area. Overall, we would stay again. The porches were prob our favorite part of the home. A great hangout spot, to take in the beach view when we weren’t on the beach.

We had an amazing vacation. The location of the house can’t be beat! We spent our time on the deck and gazebo and it was perfect. So relaxing to sit right in front of the ocean. We had a problem with the water heater and the instructions led us through the problem - just an easy flip of a breaker. Would absolutely come back to this house.

Had a great time at this house! My girls and her friends loved the beach access and the little town and restaurants. Kitchen was great for cooking meals with plenty of room at the table for everyone. The back porch and upper deck were great places to hang in the morning and evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Less than 2 miles from the main drag and ~20m from downtown Charleston, but most importantly, right on the beach. The outdoor space - especially on the second floor is spectacular. We had unseasonably warm weather (highs up to 75 degrees in late December) and thoroughly enjoyed this property. There were just 2 of us there for most of the week and 3 of us for a couple of days and it fit our needs perfectly for that week.

Great area, great property.. loved the decks, felt like we were sitting on the beach.. a little challenging with just 2 bathrooms and 6 adults but doable. We had a blast. Property manager very responsive.

We were originally concerned with the distance the house was from city central, but quickly found the quietness of that area and the extra beach front made our trip truly enjoyable. The house was perfect for 2 children with kids and all the furnishings were above average. We have zero complaints !

Beautiful home and great location. The only down side I could possibly point out from my opinion is that I would have stairs going to the upper deck from outside. It was just odd to me that someone would want people coming from the beach through the house to go up to the deck and sun bathe. Other than that, which was not a big deal, it was a wonderful stay.

Beach Music was absolutely perfect. The owners were super helpful and nice and the property and amenities exceeded expections. Love this house!!
