Breakfast was great Room was really good with a very nice view

Reception staff seems to be bothered when someone asks a question; it was like we were disturbing them. You have to pay to have a clean beach towel; they should be able to change the towel with no costs involved, it is a 4 star hotel! If we want to relax by the pool around 5 6 pm, it is impossible because there is someone from the staff dragging the chair around Pay for parking 2 elevators for A LOT of rooms!! it can take up to 10 15 min to be able to get into an elevator depending on the time of the day. I used the stairs, and I was on the 4th floor.

Praticamente ci è piaciuto tutto... Camera tripla di dimensione corretta, ci si stava agevolmente, terrazzino con 2 sedie, tavolino, e stendino. Staff gentilissimo. Colazione favolosa, cena a buffet buona. Negozietto comodo a 2 passi, la cittadina vicino è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi.

Quasi nulla... (^_^) Per chi viaggia carico di valigie segnalo che in camera non ci sono sufficienti armadie/scaffali per riporre tutto. Le sdraio, come già altre persone hanno scritto, "sono riservate" e gli ombrelloni sono pochi.

Room was small for a family not much room to move around and walls are paper thin. Can hear everyone in next rooms and above you walking around

The hotel messes up and lies! It shows photos that are not true and did not provide accurate information! Children's kids club open only at 11:00-12:30 and 15:00-16:30. Closed on Saturday and Sunday! The hotel does not offer any outdoor attractions for children. Bounce house unavailable all the time. Ice water in the children's pool! If the weather is bad outside, you have a problem! Almost no storage space in the room. There are LEDs in the room (TV, escape plan, above the entrance door) that illuminate the entire room at night and cannot be turned off.

Terrible hospitality, loud air-conditioning requested to move room as other rooms had air-condition that could be manually turned on and off on demand, I moved to new room. two nights later when I was asleep, I was woken up by a guest gaining entry to my room. Reception had checked in a new guest to my room after 12 midnight. I jumped up to stop entering further & sent guest away. Went to reception was offered no reassurance on what had happened. Complained the following morning, despite the efforts of one or two positive staff members, very little interest from hotel on the severity of complaint. This was a safety and security breach caused by their staff. A truly terrible stay.

For mass produced buffet food it was surprisingly tasty with fairly healthy options. I liked the shower facilities for after check-out too. Location on the beach Nice pool and bar

The noise. Noisy hotel, could hear the people above me, people all along the corridor. Lights far too bright and found it difficult to sleep as I couldn't get the room dark enough. I found a dark long hair in my bed - not mine! Bed was uncomfortable.

Location

Only 1 lift was working for 5 floors and was not fixed the whole week we were there. It always went up with a full lift from people intending to go downstairs increasing our wait times. The rooms were not cleaned well, the bathrooms were not cleaned well enough and the body wash was not replaced for days. The sofa bed was not made some mornings and the cleaning staff came in to clean before 8am.

Close to the beach especially Nova beach at the back is beautiful, food was ok with variety, you can park the car for free nearby, the sea view was great

Hotel for families with children ,lots of noise and crowded everywhere, reception is not kind but "top down " - booked a double bed but given a twin bed and nothing could be done , swimming pool is small and occupied for kids not for sports, no gym , resto is always packed

Cleanliness and large rooms

Room telephone not working, no connection to reception, even after repair. if need some help, need to walk down to reception. Elevator was always fault, need to walk up and down most of the time. Lot of food is kept for breakfast and dinner, but taste levels are below average :( 10:30am you must check out; usual hotel check out time is between 11:30-12:30pm, no allowance was provided even though asked additional 2 hours.. One old lady at the reception was quite rude as well one support guy in the restaurant was really behaving indifferent, when asked for an inside seating for dinner as outside of restaurant was really warm.

The splash pad facilities are fantastic fit little ones. Quite slippery so would bring grip shoes

Good location, clean and modern hotel, food had a good selection and was fresh.

The air conditioning was not working the duration of our stay which made it very uncomfortable and led us to sleep on the balcony or in the entrance hall. The fridge in the room did not work or the over head shower. Staff did not help when it came to no air conditioning, no change of room or fan and was told to contact the hotel company for a possible change of hotel.

The location is excellent for the beach and the centre of town for restaurants etc. and breakfast was okay.

In over 40 years of travel to Ibiza this was the smallest room we have ever had. There was no room to move around the bed. We had to move a chair out onto the balcony. We also had to move a free standing light into a corner, out of the way. There was very little room to store our clothes. The wardrobe had a rail about half a metre long and one drawer. In addition the safe didn't work properly, the back was missing off the tv remote, the shower didn't drain quick enough so you had to stop to allow it to drain to avoid a flood and the wash basin didn't have a proper plug so you had to leave it running to try and fill it while it was draining slowly, wasting a lot of water. Having seen the size of the room we did enquire at reception about the room and we were told that this was a free upgrade to a superior room with sea view. It had a sea view but if this was superior goodness knows what a standard room was like! They said that an alternative room may be available on the Saturday but they didn't know for sure, this seemed odd. On the last day the curtain track, fittings and curtains all collapsed within centimetres of hitting one of us. This could of been very nasty as there were sharp spikes sticking out of the bracket where it had come out of the ceiling. When reported to the front desk at check out he did not seem that surprised or bothered and just said he would mention it to maintenance.

Neat and clean property, balcony has beautiful view of ocean. Wide choice of breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful and polite. Close proximity to beach, restaurants, bars and shops

Nothing that I can think of.

Very big queue at bar. Still waiting more 5 persons for drink. Milion of childrens. I think there was more kids then adults. It is a kindergarden. Not for normal people. Only family with kids can be happy there...

Great location and affordable.

No water bottle filling facilities or water left in room. Told by staff to buy water in a supermarket nearby…
