Quiet property, great view.

Came from Washington state an stayed here for 3 days while I was attending an event at the freedom factory and I can’t wait to plan another trip, first time visiting Florida an this room was a perfect first stay 10/10 would come here again.

You couldn't ask for a more beautiful view of the water out your window. There is a restaurant with live music in walking distance. Park right in front of your room so parking is nice.

My wife and I liked the room. Not many frills but parking was right outside our door and the water was right there as well. Had coffee with the local dolphin twice in three days. The room was very clean. The only downside was the location. It's fairly far off the path from most touristy things but we knew that before we booked.

Great location for the fishing trip we were taking the captain of the boat was able to pick us up right there in the harbor. Walking distance to a good restaurant for eating. Nice facility all around. Great for a weekend stay . We would stay here again.

Our short stay was amazing. The accommodations were wonderful for a short stay, for a longer stay a cooktop would be nice. Little harbor is quiet and peaceful. Location was great. Short walk to a beautiful sunset.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Sunset grill was very nice. It was so cool seeing the manatees and dolphins right off the deck.

The location of the unit was great. We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs perfectly.

Great location & great view
Great location for fishing and view. Sunrise just in front with Dolphins greeting us with our morning coffee. We even checked out a little late soaking in the view and owner was very understanding. Great place!

Perfect for our need
We were down for the Outback Bowl and didn’t want to stay in Tampa. It was close enough. Very very clean and no issues. Quiet neighborhood and lots of places to go walk. Eating places within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Lacking
The location was great and the host Lorraine was exceptional. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of up to date technology. There was really no place to charge phones or laptops. I know there are lamps that have plug-ins in the base to charge devices. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again !

Inn at Little Harbor = location excellence
The location is awesome, the beach, the view. The room was not representative of the photos online which was noted on the website they may not be. Being an older unit, outlets are seriously limited and lighting and tv remote were not clear cut. The bath towels need updating. I let the property manager know and she was aware. If it were me, I would leave a supply of thick bath towels, hand towel and face cloths (say 2 per person).

Great place to stay, all the amenities galore!
We loved our stay. The host was extremely responsive and description of the place and amenities were perfect. Having the marina and docks near by was great as we towed a boat down. Really happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Very quite and peaceful. Enjoyed staying there and all the staff at the dining facilities are very nice and hospitable. Also just an all around friendly neighborhood.

Get away
We live in the bay area and this was the perfect get away to sit and watch boats go by. A beautiful flamboyant tree was in full bloom. Conveniently located walking distance to a small beach and a nice restaurant. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets.

Great place to stay inside of a great getaway type of community
My wife and I just stayed for a weekend and we wished we would of extended. The accommodations are great. The view are even better, and all inside of walking distance to everything needed.

Nice stay
The host was very welcoming, property was very clean, I was disappointed when I checked the hotels website and found the rates MUCH cheaper, but the stay was fine we were comfortable and the resort as a whole was nice and well kept, as a VRBO rental we were excepted to keep eating in the room to a minimum and take out the trash we also were required to strip the beds after a hefty cleaning fee. I will most definitely return to the little harbor but next time we will book through the hotel and have extra amenities such as a kitchen for a cheaper price.

Great location. Clean condo. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. The lights werent working at the pool and they closed it at 730 instead of being open until 10 as posted. One light inside the pool was laying on the bottom of the pool. Safety issue.The minj fridge freezer was completely frozen and we turned it off for a day so we could defrost it. We had purchased milk for my daughter. I did forget to leave the pool card and will drop it in the mail tomrw.Thank youKaren
