Location - close walk to centre of Cuitadella You can access the sea from just outside the hotel Cleaners were super friendly

We arrived just past midnight - struggled to find receptionist to help with the parking code for the car park(which is an extra cost) Room smelt like a drain for the first 2 nights VERY small space to walk around the end of the bed to get to the sofa/terrace Holes/cracks/lose sink work top fitting. Spa area is tired Staff not overly helpful/friendly - other than the cleaners Pool - it is one of those hotels where people get up early to put towels on sunbeds & leave them there for the day whether they are using or not Breakfast wasn't terrible, but not the best considering the cost Generally overall for the cost of the hotel we were disappointed. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Cuitadella but chose this one for what we thought would be abit more luxury - we were wrong

Lovely pool, breakfast, room and view of lagoon across the road.also the spa which some people did not realise was there. Staff sent some of my husband's clothes he left in a draw to our next hotel that was also a seth hotel in es castel . Excellent service. Thanks

The bar area was a little character less.

Personnel working at the hotel is nice and friendly; Room nicely cleaned; Location - 15 mins walking to the city center; Dissent breakfast.

Rooms do require a bit more moderation, was exepcting a bit more from a 4 star hotel; Bit bigger and more comfortable bed.

the staff were super friendly. when we arrived a wonderful Ecuadorean lady gave us a wonderful welcome! the breakfast was nice. location was good and parking was easy.

Breakfast was average (coffee and tea didn’t taste great), no iron in the room, too much self service for a 4 star hotel ( we had to put and collect our suitcases to/from storage ourselves, I had an extra bag with water bottle which disappeared from the storage room), after check out when we asked for showers we were allowed to use showers near the spa area while most 4 star hotels usually offer a room to use.

People at the bar in great stress and hurry. A wood of uncleaned glasses on the bar. Terrible food from the snackbar: Hamburger and sandwich. But strange enough beakfast rather good.

Service at the bar. The person is working very hard, is walking miles, but not efficient. Quarreling with his collegue. Not what you like to see in an hotel in front off your eyes. Building and swimming pool looking great. Nice view. No clear shortest route to walk to the city centre and certainly not 7 minutes. Be honest.

Very modern clean hotel, friendly staff and free glass of cava on arrival.

I asked for a double bed, the beds were pushed together but made up as singles, it wasn’t the end of the world though! And did not affect our visit.

Small cove just over the road where you can swim in glorious clear water with the fishes, and a small beach just a little way up. Good breakfast and evening meal.

1km walk to the centre, Cant have it all I suppose. Hotel a bit impersonal.

Courtesy of staff. Our basic room (£575 for 4 nights) had a leak from the shower in the room overhead and had a number of our clothes soaked and we were moved to a Junior Suite and the clothes cleaned and dried.

Didn’t live up to 4 Star superior expectations. Average breakfast, previous reviews warned against the evening meals. House salad from the bar was very disappointing but the wine was Okay.
