The house was exceptional and my family loved it. Short walk to the beach and the salt water pool was wonderful for us . Ample parking and close to stores . Definitely would recommend this place . Owner also was great when contacted .

This was the second year we stayed in this beautiful home in Fenwick Island. It’s five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, easily accommodated our gathering of 7. The easy walking distance to the beach was great, as was its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great for refreshing after a day on ge beach.

We had a wonderful time in Chris;& Renee's home it is beautifully decorated and came with all we needed to settle right in. We had a few questions that the owner's answered quickly. It was super convenient to walk to some restaurants and shops..

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely and fit all of our needs. There were many spots that were walkable which was helpful with 3 littles. The hosts were prompt in answering questions and even allowed us to check in a bit early. Look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time staying in Fenwick Island at this property. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
A nice touch was the bar area with a separate ice maker and wine fridge. I had brought our own vitamix blender for frozen margaritas but there is already a ninja blender (if I had asked, the hosts would have let me know, they were very responsive).
We also really enjoyed the pool as well as the kayaks.
Overall, we loved the locations, the house, and would definitely come back again in the future.

If you're looking for a beautiful home in a great location, perfect for a quiet respite or a memorable family vacation this is your spot!
All of the convenience of oc without being in oc. The homeowners clearly care about their home and their renters. The house is so well thought out and is nothing like your "typical" beach rental. Live plants throughout the home, well appointed, and with a fully stocked kitchen (no mismatched thrift/dollar store, teflon, uneven cooking pan here!)

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful inside and out. The location is very convenient to the beach and the canal was great for paddle boarding. We loved having the pool to dip in and for the kids to play. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Would love to visit again!!

Beautiful house in a great location! Walk everywhere you need to go. Perfect for a family with small children as the pool is a perfect alternative to the beach. House is well appointed with everything you’ll need. Highly recommended!!

This house is beautiful, and just as described. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with all the amenities provided. The pool, while on the smaller side, was a welcome addition after a hot day on the beach. The provided kayaks made for fun on the canal. We had two married couples, two 21 year old adults, one 18 year old adult, and a 15 year old, and there was plenty of room as well as privacy for all. Our hosts, Chris and Renee, were very accommodating and exceptionally responsive!

We’ve been vacationing in Fenwick for 40+ years and have always rented through a local real estate firm. Decided to do something different this year and we are so happy that we did! Renee and Chris were wonderful hosts and their home is amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the pool was just what we needed after long, hot days at the beach. Perfectly situated in Fenwick. We hope to be back again next year.

What a perfect place to stay in Fenwick! Renee and Chris were very gracious hosts- available at all times- accommodating and responsive to all inquiries. This home as well stocked- everything we needed to start our vacation. We felt safe and comfortable and home was spotless- accented with creative beachy decor. Pool was a cool/relaxing addition. Quiet location and within walking distance to beach, shops, activities and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a wonderful week, beginning with a warm greeting from Chris and Renee. This is a beautifully decorated home with great attention to detail. The location is perfect and exceeds the needs for everyone in our family - age 2 to Grandparents! A great family vacation spot. Can't wait to go back next year!

The host Chris goes far above expectations to help ensure your vacation in Fenwick Island is relaxing and enjoyable. The home is well laid out to accommodate families with kids, the kitchen is stocked for preparing and serving big groups, the decorations are welcoming, and the pool extends long beach days and provides relief for kids during rainy days. We had a great time, and have already made arrangements for next summer!

Beautiful, well-appointed home that was thoughtfully done with all amenities and comforts. The house is also in a great location within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants.
The pool was such a bonus because it kept the kids occupied when they’d returned from the beach.

Perfect Layout for a family
We stayed for the week. The house was brand new and the layout was great. Our group all loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and a good size for an after beach cocktail. The house has very tasteful decor. The kitchen and living room were carefully laid out and provided plenty of seating.
The house is close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby without too much nightlife around to wake up the children in our group. The host was also great and very helpful.
Our entire group loved the house and would recommend it to families with young children as we had four ranging from 1 to 7 years old and they all had a great time too.

Beautiful Home / Great Location
Beautiful new home in a great location (3 blocks to the beach and restaurants/bars nearby). A nice (smaller) pool that heats up nicely in the afternoon. Kayaks to paddle in the canal and bay (private access directly from the property).
The pool really was a game changer for us. The ocean was still a bit cold so it was great to be able to hang out at the pool, BBQ and have drinks on the days we didn't go to the beach.
Highly recommend this home (and the host was very responsive).

Stunning home and best host ever!
Our entire family loved the gorgeous home and had an incredible time!! Everything was immaculate, luxurious, new and super comfortable! The home was beautifully decorated, the layout was perfect and everyone felt right at home! It’s even better than the pictures show. Thanks, Chris, for being so responsive and welcoming! Bay access, great location
We had a great stay. The house is brand new and beautiful. Plenty of space and perfectly decorated. The kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Short walk to shops, put-put golf and go-carts. Kayaks came with the house and we used them several times. Beach chairs and boogie boards were also included so we didn't need to bring those either. It was one of the best trips. Thank you to the home owners for the easy check-in and great communication. Highly recommend.

Best family vacation
The house was perfect for our family of 12. From great grandma 85 to the youngest at 21 months old! Private bathrooms in each bedroom. A fantastic kitchen equipped with everything you need for a family dinner. We ate in 6 nights because it was just that comfortable. The pool was awesome for hanging out after the beach! Kayaking was nice on the canal. Boogie boards and beach chairs are provided. The outdoor shower was used by everyone too! Nice size grill by pool.

Annual family vacation
We had a family of twelve and the house did an awesome job of accommodating all of us comfortably. It was beautifully decorated and very inviting and warm:)… The heated pool was a hit with my mom ( 81 y/o) and the 6 teenagers and 2 tweens. The location of house was a short walk to beach which was super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay and would absolutely recommend this place .

Beautiful house with pool!
Stayed here with large group of family and friends. House is in a great location to walk to beach or restaurants. The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach or just to hang out in back yard. House and furnishings are all brand new. We will definitely be back!

Great place to make family memories
We had a great week at this new home in Fenwick Island. The layout of the home had plenty of space for our family to spread out, and also to come together to play games and make plans. The location made it easy to walk to our favorite places in Fenwick (restaurants, shops and mini golf). The owners were available via text before and during our stay for any questions. We appreciated all of the little details like the wine fridge and keurig. It was a fun and relaxing week!
