Vam arribar d’hora i ens vam poder estar a la piscina. Quan vam fer el check in ens van millorar l’habitació amb vistes al mar! ESPECTACULARS!

A les habitacions situades davant els ascensors s’escolten tots els motors de l’ascensor

Antonionino was superb in making us feel very welcome at the higher floor reception. He remembered our names throughout the entire stay and was great to all the guests. The surprise for our wedding anniversary was very very much appreciated. The rooms had superb views (we were in a Level Premium) and the neighbourhood was perfect to walk around in. We appreciated the quiet cafes and mornings around before heading to the bustling town area which was really just a short bus/metro ride away.

Location was OK

Terrible staff and front desk. Continuously gave us wrong information.  Made us wait for check out exactly till 3 PM . Even though they had rooms available and said that they would accommodate they made us wait till exactly 3 PM not one minute early. Told us to go to restaurants, all closed. Lots of bad advice. On the day of leaving, we asked them to get us a taxi. They said it’s impossible to get a taxi you’re on your own.  Can’t tell you how disappointed we were.  There are better options in Barcelona as we have stayed there and had wonderful experience. 

Booked a Level room which was on 17th floor, very spacious and modern. Loved the Level lounge, nothing was too much trouble for staff. Booked us into Spa and gave some great recommendations for restaurants, made us feel special right from Check in.

Nothing! Absolutely loved our stay.

Great experience, the room is modern and comfortable with the wonderful view, convinient location, the breakfast is just fantastic - so big variety of food for any taste!
