we were taken to another small guest house with the same name the receptionist are unprofessional language barrier they speak Portuguese and don’t understand English they made noise throughout the night it seems the family stays at the guesthouse I was made to wash dishes ,I requested a plate to my room and when I returned it they showed me a note that says guest must wash used dishes,I was in shock the bed is hard as a rock I am still exhausted no extra pillows even on request

Everygt,the peace that comes with the place is unmatched

No hot water Was given a single mug and towel Lighting in the room was really bad Had to wait for reception and then was asked how much I paid for the room

The accomodation had a lot of males and I was there with my female friends to spend a night there. You could see that there was no privacy. The male figures were not South Africans as well. The owner did not want to come see us after we raised our grievances instead he said we should do what we want and after we said we will call the cops on him because the accomodation was dodgy he refunded us our full amount

It was bad....my kids were not happy at all even my partner was not happy the portion of the food was too small and it was not English breakfast as they advertised

The stuff was so unfriendly at first they gave me the wrong rooms and shout at me and ask where is my son gonna sleep cause I paid for less room then I open the confirmation letter from booking.com to show them what I booked for is not what they were giving me they didn't even bother to apologize I will never go back to that horrible place with horrible stuff, I never enjoyed my stay there and people should think twice before booking there, and they were very rude towards my kids for no reason...I regret going there I paid R2685.00 😢 😔 😞 just to be treated like a doormat I wanted to celebrate my birthday on the 29 July there but it turned out to be the worst birthday celebration ever!!!!

Honestly nothing, there was no care or service. We didn't even use the breakfast benefit we left early,it turned out to be a horrible experience.

No warm welcome or showing us what is what. It's cold the air con wasn't working. No shower door so water was all over after a shower, the room was cold. No one came to check up on us, I regret going there I waisted my money

Enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit

I had a great experience. The area was safe and quiet and was close to great restaurants and malls. Staff was fantastic and helpful. True value for money and i do plan on becoming a regular!

If I would be padentic, I would say adding Dstv to the rooms would be a nice addition.

The security at the gate I give the guys 10 stars, they were superb

Breastfast time should be at 7:00 like it was specified in the rules inside the bedroom, breakfast should also be served in the bedrooms incase I don't want to go out. Can they please add lunch and supper on the booking list as optional incase I want to spend the entire day on the guest house. Oh again poor reception, my welcome to the guest house was very poor, need someone delightful

The place is very nice and peaceful location.

They didn't prepare/organize well our our rooms because some had no remote controls for air-conditioning and TV's were playing same boring channels.

The bed wasnt comfortable, dirty, and cold shower we had. With my partner. I'm disappointed in the staff, making noise in the wee hours of the morning, I booked for 3days 2night I regret for wasting my budget on such piggy place. The bed was hard as a rock, room 6 next to the kitchen.

Location excellent - as advertised

Only one staff spoke English, all others spoke Portuguese No knowledge of what constitutes 'wheelchair friendly', ie, no roll into the shower Breakfast was extremely basic with no knowledge of an 'english breakfast' or variety We asked for a table to assist for eating (the offer of their breakfast room was given) Even with the table, we still needed to boil the kettle on the floor as the cable was too short to reach the plug. Only one socket outlet in the bedroom

The facility was clean and its a quite surburb... serene

The Portuguese that was spoken all throughout, it made me and my partner feel uneasy. It wasn't very accommodating, I even had to go finish my breakfast in the bedroom.
