Professional and friendly communication with the landlord, very clean flat and very quick in returning the deposit.

no breakfast you bring and make your own.

The floor in the bathroom is uneven and clearly dangerous as I fell backwards and hit my head. I was in agony this needs to be repaired and be flat as you don't expect to fall backwards attempting to use the toilet.

The appartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is a very quiet location with an easy drive to Cardiff City Centre. Great communications from the host including a much appreciated reminder about sending details to get my deposit money back.

Loved staying in this apartment for a get away to watch the rugby and reunite with old university friends, spacious apartment with good facilities. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Parking was very useful.

If being nit-picky; the bathroom floor had a slight dip near the shower which formed a small puddle after use of the shower and was the only room that felt like it could do with some TLC. Everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay.

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Only a short walk to two big supermarkets. Ideal location with easy access to motorway. Mike was very responsive, easy to communicate with and helpful. We had a really lovely stay.

Apartment was nice

Not recommended! Nice apartment however the way we were treated by the owner/ landlord was terrible! At 3am on the first night fire alarm went off in apartment, no cause so faulty. Happened every 10 minutes for 2 hours until kind neighbour disconnected it from the mains. Owner apologetic at first and promised to get it sorted during day which we accepted and also accepted faults happen. However he didn’t get it fixed and just disconnected the battery (which is a back up so wouldn’t stop it bleeping) and put the power off! When we got back in after work no power, when we turned it on in fuse box then of course alarm went off and he suggested we turn power off and disconnect from mains. I didn’t feel I should have to do this as he’d had all day to get it seen to. When I refused he stated he wanted us out the next day! He’d come and disconnect it in an hour. He was so rude and as he couldn’t resolve it he stated he wanted us out! We’d booked this for 5 nights via booking.com. We we’re not prepared to stay another night as he was so rude and also it was dangerous as he was having to remove the fire alarm again, we found somewhere else much cheaper and equally nice.
