I rented this condo for my husband, son and his parents (in their 80s) to come to PCB for a few days to enjoy oysters. They loved it!! Super clean, well decorated and the view is amazing!! The communication with the property manager as well as the check in package was excellent. I only hope to join them next time!!

Let me just start by saying that Azure properties, Carla, is very nice and accommodating. She responds to texts very timely, gives suggestions on where to eat, sends an email full of information about your stay, parking space,etc. Was a very smooth reservation. Next, the place - 301 Shores of Panama. Book the place - The condo and wrap around balcony are so beautiful. You are so close to the beach, with a perfect view. The inside of condo is remodeled, beds are comfortable, place is tastefully decorated beach theme. Appliances - state of the art - washer/dryer, blender, keurig, and others- all top notch. I don't go on vacation to cook, but there was enough of everything there to make full meals if you wanted. Unit was very, very clean. Most important thing to me is cleanliness and a nicely decorated unit. Bedrooms were decent sizes, all bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. Alot of drawer and closet spaces. Place has everything - even some beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, beach toys if you have little ones. The reserved parking spot - perfect. I read many reviews of the tight parking garage and the long waits for the elevators. You are on the 3rd floor plus your parking spot is on the 3rd floor. The parking spot is the best spot, you don't have to squeeze in a tight spot. YOu get out of car and walk same floor to the condo. No need to take the elevators to the beach or pool - steps are right there. Location is great-Walmart within walking distance, donut shop, food places, Pineapple willys next door. Great drinks and food decent. First time to PCB, and I will be back to PCB one day, and I will rent from Carla again.

Close to everything, low floor so no need for elevators, looking forward to a return trip..

I brought my kids and grandkids on vacation & they loved it. The condo was perfect. We had a great view off of the balcony and since we were on the 3rd floor we could take the stairs if the elevators were busy. The owner was easy to get in touch with. Hopefully, we will be able to come back again.

This was a wonderful property with an amazing view. Perfect place to rent for a vacation with family or friends. Three bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for each couple! We highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the necessities and the view was incredible!! I’m hoping to make this a tradition for our family.

From the moment of booking the communication was outstanding. Everything was great! The parking spot made the stay that much better. The only tiny thing that would make it better would be more towels and a good deep cleaning but I would stay there again, no question.

My husband, 4 kids and in laws stayed for a week. The unit was very clean. This is probably the cleanest unit we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. The resort was gorgeous. The master bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on while on vacation. We will be back!

This condo was wonderful! Easy access to the pool, beach, and parking garage. Beautiful views. The only reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness was bc it had a fishy smell when we first arrived, we found someone else's clothes in the drawer and the couches are worn, but it was nothing unbearable. The owner is attentive and communicates well! We will be back!

Our condo was a perfect setting for a relaxing week! So glad we were gulf front with our balcony overlooking the water. Third floor location was great with no waiting for elevators, we could carry our beach chairs and things up the stairs easily every afternoon. Carla was great to work with, open communication throughout!

My family and I stayed in unit #301 and we enjoyed our stay! Being on the 3rd floor was a plus considering elevators can be a long wait so we used the stairs a lot! The beautiful view with the wrap around balcony was nice! The condo had all the amenities we needed. Only thing we did not love was the master bed, it was not very comfortable. The pool was my girls favorite part! Overall we had a great stay!

We really loved this condo and definitely will try to come back back. The manager was awesome. just text her and she quickly responds love that condo clean and beautiful quiet and peaceful that overlooks the ocean not the pool. End unit was great. Parking spot reserved was great.

This is very nice condo. The property is nice and there is live music some nights in the pool area. We had a large party and we had no problem fitting. Kitchen is nice and the view is amazing. I will say I loved that this condo was on the 3rd floor so easy to take the stair up and down. The elevators are a bit busy this time of the year. Walmart is across the street, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Parking spot is great! The garage does get a little busy around dinner time. Great communication!

Nice property with great amenities. No need to leave once we were settled. Parking garage was a nightmare with a large truck but everything else was great. Plenty of room in the condo, and it had the best view!

This unit was perfect for our needs. We always stay at Shores when staying in PCB, the pool is amazing. We’ve stayed in many different units at Shores and this unit was perfect. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful room- plenty of space. Well maintained condo with everything we needed. Would definitely book again! Very easy to communicate with property manager- they were supper helpful with all my questions and concerns.

The condo was awesome. The pools were super crowded and the beach was nuts. I think it depends on what you are looking for from your vacation.
