It’s very much as pictured and described. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Living room is very comfortable. Air conditioning works well.
Walkable to mini golf and inflatables/water park if you are inclined to walk. Also, most importantly, the donut shop.

A perfect vacation rental due to its ideal location mid Cape, beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware and charming aesthetic. Also, the house was well maintained and organized. We had a wonderful time visiting the Cape and this house was a warm comfort after each day’s adventures.

Great location. Extremely well-maintained two bedroom, one bath house. Portions of it appear to be brand new. Very nice kitchen. Shower only. No bath tub. We found the firm bed to be very comfortable. Nice backyard. Check in was simple with the coded key pad. Communication with property mgmt company was excellent. If we come back to this area, we would stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a great space. The kitchen was bright, cheery and modern. We found everything we needed! The interior colors were beachy in a good way. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cottage. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this home so much! It was cozy, and had the best kitchen of any place we've ever rented. Very well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Counter and cooking spaces were plentiful and very well positioned. Hope we get to return some day!

The property was lovely and perfect for our needs. The home is impeccably maintained and recently updated. It's situated on a quiet road not far from the beach. We would happily stay here again should the opportunity present itself.

This property was perfect for the two of us. We loved the spacious great room and beautiful modern kitchen. It was peaceful to sleep with the windows open and listen to nature. We enjoyed home cooked clam chowder and boiled lobsters, everything we expected for a Cape Cod vacation. The home was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed to cook in or out. We hope to return here for our next visit to the Cape.

This house was beautiful! Updated kitchen and living room was delightful. It is over a mile walk to the beach so I wouldn’t say it’s really walkable with all of your beach stuff, that would be my only complaint, everything else was lovely

The owners should at least have basic cable. The wifi password was never recognized. We had neighbors and relatives that tried in vain..also very moldy odor. I would never book this again.

Cape Cod vacay
We loved the authenticity of this very Cape Cod ranch. It was very clean and had all the things you needed for a housekeeping vacay. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors that we met couldn't have been nicer and more friendly. We had a WONDEFUL time.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. Plenty of room for all of us. Liked the spacious living room setup Plenty of seating available which was needed one evening to entertain about 10 people for dinner due to inclement weather. One thing the owner should check into is the slight odor we noticed the first couple days we stayed. May have been caused by very hot weather that could have generated a little bit of musty smell but it seemed ok after a couple of days
