The hotel is far from any attraction. There is a huge construction going on just next to the hotel and some rooms are facing the construction site. Rooms are not comfortable. They are small and when the air conditioning is on, it gets super cold and when there is no air conditioning, it gets super hot. Pillows are not comfortable and there is no option to change them. Pool area is too crowded. Sunbeds are too close to each other and there is constant loud music. Lunch and dinner is poorly served. The food quality is low, and there is only Turkish options. On top of that, there are lots of black flies making it quite difficult to eat in peace. No proper indoor facilities for kids or teenagers to spend some time when it is too hot.

There is nothing to like. The hotel is remote from any attraction, there is a huge construction next to the hotel and they work day and night. The food is terrible (not edible most of the time). No entertainment for kids nor adults. Staff is working extended hours.

Food is terrible (the variety, quality, taste). There are black flies indoor and outdoor areas making it impossible to eat in peace. Pools are overcrowded and noisy (they put sunbeds next to each other, there is less than 10 cm between sunbeds). Entertainment is poorly done as anything else. There is loud music but nothing organized. Stay away from alcoholic drinks. I have seen the hotel is packed and I read the comments as well. The hotel is full of tourists from different countries and they usually buy it in advance through tours at cheaper prices. So, their expectations could match with what they expect. Otherwise, if you are booking this place through booking.com, you will be paying almost double and not enjoying anything.

The resort look awesome, has style and a chill vibe, great attention to detail in everything from the staff to the music playing in the bars. Great rooms, pools, the beach is awesome, you can easily visit attractions nearby, food is great. Everything is great and we'll thought out

The staff are amazing. The girl on skates by the pool, the lad with the long hair and beard in the patisserie and all the staff in the adult restaurant deserve a special mention because they were so excellent.

The location is very out of the way and under development. The beach is OK but doesn’t look like it is combed meaning the stones are something you have to negotiate to get in the water.

Multi choice breakfast wide range of of every thing cheese,eggs,sausage,bread,honey,yogurt,olives,salad,beans,beef,chicken,turkey salami ext. it was great breakfast choices.

Amazing buffet for breakfast. Beautiful resort with spectacular rooms. The staff made our honeymoon very special.

Immaculately clean Great entertainment although a bit repetitive some nights at evening show. Excellent spa/hairdressing facilities Sunbeds very close together although as a large grp this wasn't an issue for us. Feel you should get 1 restaurant booking free each week of stay. this was our second visit to Fabay, we went in April 2022 and again this year in April. I like that there is a variety of foods and drinks, the resort is huge yet it is safe

The difference between last year and this was package holiday companies. I just can’t believe some countries could get a package holiday deal to this hotel that we paid thousands for and their deals were £400 per person (including their flights!) thus the standard of clientele in the resort has plummeted. During our stay children were throwing milkshakes and cakes around the bakery and on top of guests as they entered, children were also having food fights in the buffet area. No one seemed to monitor this and when you’d go to get food there could be half eaten pieces of cake etc. Not the Childrens fault as they were left off to their own devices with no adult supervision. Adults fighting on the beach throwing cocktails in each others faces! The dysfunction was inescapable! not one bit peaceful like I had experienced the year before. The standard of this hotel has gone down hill big time. It’s not a patch on the hotel we visited last year and fell in love with! We will never visit again.

This is 100% the best hotel my husband and I have ever stayed in. There isn't one single bad thing I can say about it. The food is delicious and so much variety every day, the staff are so friendly, the entertainment very good, the pool, beach and area around them are spotless. Simply everything was perfect!

It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to my needs. They were always available to help me get the most out of my stay and ensured everything was perfect. The facilities were in excellent condition and clean. They had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Ultra all inclusive is an appropriate description, want for nothing, premium alcohol available at no extra charge (unless your asking for a shot of top shelf whisky, which is fair). 24h patisserie was amazing, great quality of treats, and Turkish delight, after a night of cocktails at one of the many bars, soup served here alongside sub's at midnight is amazing. Just book it.

We went early in the season so not every pool bar was open, but the main pool bar was. Really scraping the barrel here, honestly very little wrong. Even as it got busy and you had a wait at the bar, the hotel responded almost instantly adding staff and keeping other venues open longer to spread out the crowds.
