Belle vue, chambre confortable

Le propriétaire a essayé de nous arnaquer avec le taux de change. On voulait payer par carte il nous dit que c'est 5% de plus, déjà agaçant. Ensuite il nous répète 10 fois de payer en dollar si on veut payer en cash, on lui dit qu'on a pas de dollars et que nous allons payer en Bolivianos. Il nous sort un taux de change faramineux qui passe la note de 90$ à 130$, je ne plaisante pas. Il nous dit que si on veut payer en Bolivianos le taux de change sera de 1$ / 10 B. Sauf que c'est 1$ / 6.9B. Donc il voulait faire gonfler la note de 630 B à 900 B, soit de 90$ à 130$. Et pendant ce temps là quand je lui dis que j'allais sûrement pas payer avec ce taux de change il commence à essayer de noyer le poisson en me parlant des commissions Booking, n'importe quoi. Je tiens à signaler cet établissement pour escroquerie / scam. Une honte

Hôtel propre et belle vue sur le lac. Jardin très agréable. Personnel gentil. Litterie confortable.

Podría estar un poco más limpio.

El paisaje excepcional, limpio y la comida muy rica, parqueo seguro y la relación precio marco la diferencia, volveríamos en otra oportunidad

Queria um local para relaxar e passar um dia mais calmo na minha viagem. E este foi o local ideal. Para quem quer agito, é um pouco longe do centrinho (cerca de 20/25 min caminhando). Mas para quem quer sossego, é ideal. Tem alpacas no pátio, doguinhos e muita paz. Os funcionários todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Foi uma linda experiência acordar vendo o lago Titicaca

I had booked a bungalow however half the roof on each side was held together by plastic strips and celotape. The first night had a very bad storm and it was really scary to sleep under the roof thinking the water would leak inside. I asked to change rooms to a twin room in the hotel building upstairs and the owner did so straight away. I would only recommend staying in the twin rooms in the building and not the bungalows. There was no breakfast when I came down at breakfast time, they only gave me a coffee, when it stated that breakfast was included

We didn’t stay, our room had been cleaned but there was a vile smell in the room that hadn’t been addressed.

This property is 1.2km outside town so requires taxi if have bags etc. Staff were very young with no English so we were unable to explain why we didn’t stay.
