Gostei muito da vista do hotel, sem dúvidas um dos melhores que Copacabana oferece. O quarto é bem confortável, boa cama e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar.
Infelizmente na primeira noite tivemos uma situação chata com o chuveiro, saia pouquíssima água e não esquentava. Até chamamos o funcionário do turno da recepção para ajudar, mas disse que a pressão da água era essa pra todos os quartos... Mas no outro dia reclamamos novamente pois de manhã não esquentava de jeito nenhum, dois funcionários subiram arrumar e ai sim a pressão ficou boa e esquentou o chuveiro, o que é o mínimo pelo custo da hospedagem que tivemos com o hotel, ficamos desapontados com isso. Outra coisa é sobre a calefação, o quarto é bem gelado por ser na beira do rio e eles só mantém a calefação ligada das 18h às 9h. Pedimos para manter enquanto estivessemos lá e a funcionária de bom grado ligou, mas é algo a declarar.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado, muy limpio, las habitaciones cómodas, buenas camas y el desayuno tiene todo lo que tiene que tener, bastante variado y delicioso. La atención en el desayuno fue muy buena.
Lo mejor... LAS VISTAS....! ESPECTACULAR!... en resumen... Muy recomendado 10 de 10...
Nosotros estábamos en una habitación matrimonial qué costaba lo mismo que una doble, la matrimonial era perfecta sin embargo la doble debería costar menos ya que no era tan confortable. Otro punto en contra la atención en counter. La señorita que nos atendió muy malhumorada.

the hotel is quite basic, and quite dated but clean and the staff when available were helpful. it reflected the star rating. The room was cold but they gave us extra blankets and an extra heater. They didn’t make up the room the next day. There was a shortage of hot water in the evening. The location was good for us. great view of lake from balcony.
There walls were very thin and noise could easily be heard from voices and people moving around.

The hotel room offered a great view of the lake and has USB plugs for charging your devices. The bathroom had a hairdryer. They provide a very nice hot breakfast in a dining room that also looks onto the lake. It is a short walk from everything.
The room had a radiator for heating, but the hotel only turns it on as of 7 p.m. and shuts it off in the morning. The radiator wasn't powerful enough to actually warm up the room at night, so it was a bit chilly. There is no elevator, so if you are adjusting to the altitude or if you have mobility issues, it can be a challenge to climb the stairs to reach the lobby and the hotel room.

It got a little chilly in the rooms at night, so getting out of bed (they provide plenty of duvets) is difficult!

Wonderful lake view. Great location - right at the port, 10 min walk from main square and bus stop, 5 min from Av 6 de Augusto with restaurants/bars/tourist agencies. Spacious room. Heating block is in the room (worked only over the night for us) and has hot water in the bathroom. Nice (basic, standard) breakfast. Hotel accepts credit card (hard to find thing in Copacabana).
Shower took quite some running water to reach pleasant temperature. Like anywhere else, they are cheap on toilet paper so we had to ask at the reception desk for it.

Very well located, near the shore of the lake, the main streets and sights of Copacabana and the terminal for the buses. We were tired from travelling on night buses and from staying in hostels, so in the couple of nights we had here we were able to well rest, the room was comfortable and we had warm water.
The internet was very weak.

Amazing view and friendly staff, the location was also perfect, just in front of the decks.
The staff never replied to my message asking if they accepted cards (they do). The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste and the room doesn't have a minibar. Perhaps I am jusg being picky.

We loved everything about our stay. Lake views on our balcony were wonderful!

This is a good three star in a great location. The staff were helpful but it was very quiet in the low season. superb view of the harbour view from my room

The room is right on the lake which gives the most spectacular views at sunset and sunrise. Breakfast is a traditional western breakfast with hot eggs, breads, cereals, yoghurt and fruit. There is tea, coffee and juice, but you need to ask for water. The room was very clean, but the showers are missing a glass panel (We were in 3 different rooms and all the same missing panel).
Do NOT count on WiFi - yes the hotel has it, but it only lasted 2 minutes before you need to keep logging in. The signal was never strong. However, don't let this stop you from staying here as there is good WiFi at the restaurants around the corner.

Very nice looking lakeside hotel. Nicely decorated inside. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow and powerful shower. Well lit rooms with plenty of outlets. Check in was quick and staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful view of the lake and sunset from the room, with small patio. Hotel is near the end of the waterfront road, and away from the noise from the main street. Easy access to several restaurants.
Small sink with no storage. There was no closet to store cloths, just a rack to hang things up. WiFi was slow. No desk for computer - just a table. No fridge
