The place was better than expected, absolutely amazing views!! So much to do even in the rain we kept busy! The kids were so excited to see the dolphins in the ocean from the living room. Noelle and Bill are the perfect hosts! We cant wait to book again soon.

Our family enjoyed a pre-season long weekend at Noelle and Bill's lovely home. It is a great location right on the Boardwalk with lovely ocean views and outdoor spaces.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular! The booking and check-in/out process was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome kit awaiting us, complete with a lovely bottle of wine. The view from the house was absolutely stunning, and its location could not have been better. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the inviting amenities (we LOVED the Sonos system throughout!), showed the owners' dedication to providing a memorable stay. Thanks Noelle and Bill for your hospitality. We can't wait to return soon!

The house was in a great location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The house was clean and spacious. Very comfortable! The host was an absolute pleasure to work with!

The property was just as advertised. My family had the perfect week and there was even an engagement on the beach. The house had a beautiful view. It was clean and in excellent shape. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location! Noelle & Bill were very responsive to our questions. Fireworks on the beach were a nice surprise Thursday night. We had 8 people, and flew in for the trip. We rented a Suburban, so parking was a bit of an issue. Overall a very nice week!

This house is perfect if you want to be in the middle of all the activity and close to the beach! We were there during the off season in April but the boardwalk was already buzzing. It was great to see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. This is a good house for a family as all the bedrooms are clustered upstairs so everyone must share the one bathroom upstairs or go downstairs to use the one bathroom there which is not very convenient at night. Noelle was great getting us set up and recommendations.

House was perfect with spectacular views of the ocean. Filled with all the amenities a family would need. Plus the property managers were wonderful too...would recommend this house to anyone!!

We were pleased to find the house light and bright with all the amenities necessary in the kitchen, plenty of comfy seating, and space to stretch out in the living areas. There are only two bathrooms despite the discrepancy in the listing which in one area states three and in another states two. Each bathroom has been updated with two sinks in the second story bath. The owners did let us know the house hadn't been rented in a while. Admittedly, we were a last minute rental, which they were gracious enough to accommodate. However, the second story bath had a used razor, multiple bottles of used shampoos, conditioners, and body wash, and hair around the drain that we had to clean out. I am sure it was an oversight as the rest of the house was quite clean. The owners were responsive and even let us return to the house to retrieve a personal item left behind. We would rent again.

Waking up to that ocean view was amazing. We had our grandchildren and our nephew so we did the beach during the day and amusement park at night, they really enjoyed it. Perfect place to spend time with family.

The location couldn't be any more perfect. We traveled with our two daughters and loved being steps away from the beach and right on the boardwalk. We used the host's beach passes for daily easy access to the beach. There was some noise from people on the boardwalk in the late nights on weekend, but far worth it given the short walking distance to the aquarium, restaurants, rides, etc. The hosts responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. Definitely recommend!

The ceiling in the kitchen was leaking. Had to put a pot and towel under the leak. Ended up leaving a day early. The owners offered for a handy man to come, but we didn’t want to live in a construction zone. Apparently this is an old leak they thought was fixed. They didn’t offer to reimburse us for leaving a night early. On Saturday nights it’s loud in the house. There is a night club not far away and the music is audible in the master.

Perfect location! Outstanding house! Very spacious open spaces. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking implements, dishes, utensils, etc. The only disappointment about this rental is that it is not as well-stocked as we have come to expect a vacation home to be. To the credit of the owners, they were completely transparent upfront with what is/is not included. We arrived by plane, so couldn't bring things like boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Given the premium cost of this property ($1,866 per day with all costs and fees), we believe that beach tags should be included (like they are with almost every other PPB rental). We had to buy our own boogie boards and rent umbrellas. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, as the owners provided only a scant supply. We would have liked to hit the beach house ready to do beach stuff, without having to procure things. Again, the property owners shared all of these details in advance and we decided to rent nonetheless. We would be thrilled to rent this amazing property again! We have rented several times in Point Pleasant Beach and coupled with location and the house itself, this is the best property we have rented in PPB!

A beautiful house right on the beach. The children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. A great vacation for all, with fantastic hosts.

We had the best stay in Point Pleasant. The house was in a perfect location. Amazing views and beach access! We had a few minor imperfections with the house at first, but Noelle and Bill were amazing hosts. They were super responsive and took care of everything right away! We’d love to go back!

The location of the property was fabulous. It was great for my father who is 73. With so much with walking distance... food, beach, & entertainment.. and the ability to walk out right onto the boardwalk. It was perfectly located. and so easy for us to enjoy ourselves.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house has everything you need and more. Beautiful home in the best location at Point Pleasant Beach. Hosts made the visit easy for us. The house has a great family room and the view is 2nd to none.

The house was easy to get to. We parked on the street which was never a problem. My 2 cousins and I would absolutely rent this property again. It was very clean, new kitchen with all the appliances and most of all felt like home the minute we walked into the house.

Property manager was very helpful and the house was exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfectly maintained and very easy to check in/out. Highly recommended

This was a perfect vacation house for our family group of six-grandparents, parents and little boys ages 5 & 2. The house is magnificent- views of the ocean in all directions, huge comfortable living room, large bedrooms also with views, kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, etc, all linens and towels included, giant washer dryer & dishwasher that all worked well. The beach and boardwalk are right in front of the house. Even the Aquarium, the Arcade and the Sweet Shop were open as well as all the fish restaurants. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving week. I’m sure it is even better in the summer. Great hosts. We highly recommend this home.

We had a great time!!! This place is like a dream come true! We surprised my daughter for her birthday. The owners are AMAZING! Any questions they got back to you right away. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to family emergency. If you are looking for heaven on earth...well you found it!

Delightful beach house right on the boardwalk which is a dream when you are traveling with younger kids . Easy communication with the owners, and they are very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Made some wonderful memories! If you’re thinking about booking, you should.. you won’t regret it.

We couldn’t have had a better stay or experience! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with no detail overlooked. It had everything you could need for an easy get-away (linens, extra blankets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pots/pans, cooking utensils, kitchen ware, washer/dryer, wifi, Netflix/Prime Video/Hulu, Sonos speakers, 2 off street parking spots not far from house, a wagon to help you move and in out (it’s a short walk from parking to house) and even a shoe bucket by the door because sand belongs at the beach and not in your bed!). You really don’t need to bring anything except your bath suit and some laundry detergent! The location is absolutely perfect - steps to the pristine beach and Jenkinson’s boardwalk fun. If you’re a family with young kids, you cannot get a better house in Point Pleasant. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

House is perfect!! Went with my parents, wife, and kids. Great views from an absolutely spotless home. Kitchen is perfectly stocked, home is tastefully decorated, fire pit, grill, location… could keep going on! Thanks for a great stay!!

Impressive view, decor, hosts, location

Quick weekend trip with family (3 young boys). Boys loved the location, it was convenient being right on the boardwalk but far enough away from all the action. The views are tremendous overlooking the ocean and the owners Bill and Noelle were extremely helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as listed, clean, beautiful and the view was amazing! The proximity to everything made everything easy with small children. We hope to come back every year!
