My booking amount was 397 rupees and they charged me 600 rupees extra and their behaviour is like very rude They provide no hand wash no tovel no soap

Communication via chat before arrival was smooth, and they even requested full payment on an internal platform, so far no problem. When I arrived, the guy at the reception was not aware of my reservation and after checking the payment status on my phone, he told me that I couldn't stay because I had paid too little money and if I wanted to stay I had to pay more. Then the manager came and asked for a ridiculously high extra price to pay or call support, then at support they apologized for the mistake and offered to move me to another property, but according to them everything was full so there was no compensation, and I'm still waiting for the refund

Only issue was that, they have charged extra on what it was showing on Booking.com that was least expected.

Location and ample space in rooms.

The wash basin tap wasn't working. The AC cooling wasnt working enough. The room service didn't clean the room regularly.

1. Basic facilities available in rooms. 2. Bathroom/room was clean 3. One of the receptionist is very ill mannered. Other staff were Okey. 4. Good budget hotel 5. Basic 1 room with attached bathroom

1. Food is not available at the property itself or nearby except maybe 1-2 Chinese food stalls, you need to do a Zomato or Swiggy. 2. For connecting to the main market area i.e. Kursi Road, Tedhi Pulia you need to take E-Rikshaw. 3. Nearby main market area is Kursi Road / Tedhi Pulia. Lots of Biryani/Non-veg hotels near Tedhi puliya. 4. Apartment building turned into hotel 5. No laundry service, everything you need to go outside and look for yourself. 6. No cloth hanger in any room !! When asked staff proudly says non of the rooms has any cloth hanger, its not just your room 7. Privacy issue could be there- not sure how much you can trust the staff. Above all the room's main door, there is big transparent all you can see inside glass fixed. I don't know why anyone would put a glass that can look inside the room in a hotel.
