Everything was perfect! Great location, comfortable and spacious home and access to a private beach made for a perfect week on the Cape. Owners are great and very responsive.

This really is an adorable house. Check in/out was really straight forward. Dave was wonderful to tell us of things to do and in the surrounding area. One thing that I didn’t like was that we were informed linens/ towels were an additional cost if we didn’t bring our own the day before we left on the trip. We came from Idaho on a plane so packing linens & towels were out of the question. So, after a really long day of travel we had to find linens in storage room and put on the beds. I probably would have picked somewhere else if I had known about this ahead of time. Other than that it was a great place to stay, central to lots of shops, restaurants, grocery store and the ferry.

Beautiful neighborhood. Short drive to stores & beach. The room with twin beds is in the basement, but otherwise everything was as expected.

We had the best week staying here! The house is amazingly clean and spacious, which is what we were hoping for. Everything you need is there. The kitchen has all the amenities, lots of seating for families, there is a large washer and dryer in the basement, etc. Even the bedroom area in the finished basement is cute. The walk to the little private beach is just minutes down the road. It was perfect for the two little ones in our group and our inflatable paddle boards we brought with us. We also drove to Old Silver Beach twice - just 15-20 minutes away. They do have a $30 parking fee, but it’s worth it for the kid-friendly beach with great sand and swimming (no tough current like some Cape beaches). If you have any rainy or cloudy days during your stay, we recommend taking a drive to Woods Hole (20 mins) or even Chatham (1hr). Lots to see and do in both areas. Highly recommend our stay here and hope to visit again!

We’ve rented many properties over the years. This by far was enjoyed the most. The house was exactly as promised. It’s close to everything, but in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Lovely furnishings & the sunny deck made it possible to be outside almost all the time. The rental process was seamless & Dave (the owner) was easily reached. We plan on returning & can’t wait.

The home was perfect for our family! 7 adults, 2 babies Short walk to small private neighborhood beach on inlet-or 5 minute drive to ocean- close to downtown Falmouth and activities! Home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated- great deck space! Owners were easy to communicate with! Would definitely request to stay here again!

Honestly, can’t say enough about this house. Great location and loved the private beach,! The boys loved to paddle board there. No complains about anything. Dave explained everything in his email. We would definitely rent again! Cathy and Steve

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is clean, well maintained and has a great yard/back porch for relaxing. It is in an excellent location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Easy access into town and to local beaches.

The property was well maintained. The hosts were accessible and helpful. The process from booking to arrival was seamless. The location was perfect for young families, or as we had, an elderly family member who could enjoy the cute little beach at the end of the street. We had a wonderful trip with lots of beach days and family game nights.

But I know how important reviews are so I I will share :) We have vacationed around different parts of the Cape but one of our favorite locations is Falmouth. We are also very picky about the location in Falmouth. The location of this house is perfect! Minutes from downtown, private beach at the end of the road, minutes to the winery and all amenites you need. The house is even better. Very clean, updated and plenty of room for everyone. We were with my 11 yr old boys and we all had enough space to spread out. At night we would walk to the beach with our wine and in the morning we walked with our coffee. The time went really fast. Communication was amazing with the very few questions we had as the instructions they leave in the house are spot on and very helpful. We look forward to staying again next year! My extended family and I rented this home for a weeks stay. We had everything we could want or need and more! Everyone was comfortable and happy. The home is perfect! We can’t wait to return again next year!

House was beautiful! The owner Dave was always available for solutions to any issues. The previous renters before us never put trash out so we arrived to overfull trash buckets but thankfully the trash pickup took all of our trash on Thursday too.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood was quiet with a small beach a short walk away. It is a short drive to Falmouth Heights beach and other attractions. The house had a beautiful and large deck for relaxing.. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We all had a very relaxing vacation.
