The property was nice and the pool was fantastic. We had some technical issues with the pool/hot tub and the owner worked with us right away to resolve. The Traeger grill was something none of us were used to cooking on, so that was a bit of a challenge. I think some new lounging chairs would finish off the pool area nicely and make pool time more relaxing. We had a great time!

This was an incredible house. If you need anything the house has it. It was in a great location and close to lots of stuff. It was so clean I let my infant crawl around. Backyard space was perfect for hanging out when we weren’t out and about. And when it was too cold outside there was so much to do inside. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again myself if we ever come back.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was easy to book, Kathryn was great to work with, and the house was perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor area, the pool and game room. The house was close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great set up for family fun-- it's like a resort. We were a group of about 10 adults and enjoyed the set up with all the games, swimming pool and outdoor seating. Check in was easy, instructions were clear and communication was quick. Highly recommended!

Property was very nice. Photos make the outdoors and interior rooms look much larger than reality. Nevertheless, very common with everything a family needs.

This house was perfect for our extended family include three kids under 12. The pool, hot tub, and waterslide were the highlight but the putting green, video games, pool, and foosball were hits too. Expect a clean home in a great location making it easy to go anywhere quickly. Thanks for being such a great host!

Dream House in the Desert
This property is clearly the best looking and best operated one we have ever experienced. Kathryn D was so responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and full of fun things to do. The pool was spotless, the putting green too, and fun. They even had an enviable grill and smoker. The beds were comfy and abundant! In comparison to the place on North Captiva which we are now in it was complete paradise. I would recommend this property 200% and look forward to renting it again. Thank you one and all!

Fantastic Family Vacation
We visited with 4 adults and 9 kids ages 3 mo to 14 years. Tons of space and fun for everyone. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Parents loved the hot tub and chipping green. We would stay here again for sure.

Great experience
It was our first time traveling with our three kids, ages 4,5,7 and we met friends with their kids ages 8, 3, and infant. We had a great time. The pool and slide was awesome, the house was clean and well stocked. The location was great, as we went to the zoo and the aquarium, but also had plenty of time at the rental to swim and relax. Great time, appreciate the vacation!

Golf Trip
I stayed at this property as part of a guys golf trip. we had a great experience. The house was clean, well equipped and as exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was perfect for what we needed and our host was very responsive.

Everything was as expected! The pool, backyard, and games were so much fun! Well stocked house and comfy beds! Owners have been great to work with!

Great family getaway spot
This house was a great vacation home. We loved everything about it and the owner was absolutely amazing to work with and responded to our needs quickly. Housekeeping could do a little better job but Overall We highly recommend this home and would visit again. I was most impressed by the fact that this house was so well stocked! It had everything you could think of needing on spices, pots and pans, kcups and sweeteners, scissors and lighters, a great supply of pool towels, cleaners and even first aid necessities. Owner even had a good amount of containers and laundry products to use during your stay. I would maybe suggest a couple more shade umbrellas or awnings are cheap on amazon to help with the heat. There were 3 umbrellas on site in different places on the property but only one was usable. The other 2 were damaged and didn’t have a stand either. House air conditioning worked fantastic. House had separate units for each floor which was a plus. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by as well.

Excellent stay
We were looking for a gathering place for a family trip that included grandparents, parents, teens and young kids. Our intention was to never have to leave the house to be entertained, and the property did not disappoint. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 kids, with lots of things to do inside and out, even in the thick of a July AZ summer. A lot of thought was put into making this home an inviting, entertaining space!

Great place to enjoy
We loved this house. Adults and teens alike enjoyed staying here. It gave us the perfect getaway for our families to spend a week together. The house was clean and well managed and comfortable. The location was excellent. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive to any requests we had.

Best place to stay in Arizona!!!
Amazing place to stay with family and a great location to travel around the Arizona area. Perfect for our first getaway in a long while. The house is complete stocked from the kitchen, to the indoor and outdoor games. We could have just relaxed in the back yard our whole vacation. The back yard has everything, an outdoor fire place, a spa, the pool with a slide, a bbq area to grill and chill while watching your favorite sports time on the outdoor tv, and the putting green to hone your golf skills. This place is great for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back. We would highly recommend anyone that wants to relax and enjoy their Arizona vacation to stay here!
