Upon walking in, first impression not good…huge cockroach greeting us on the inside, spider webs throughout, with live spiders around. Downstairs bdrm., no air coming out of vent, very warm in room all 4 days. Bathroom in downstairs needs new liner, smelled very sour & shampoo & body soap, empty. Upstairs area nice & open, but AC unit was laughably loud. Master had no body soap. Second bdrm upstairs also warm. Bottom line…this owner needs better cleaners, fix AC & get place exterminated. Then it would be wonderful

Great location, townhome, and overall visit

House was awesome and in a great location. We Loved the neighborhood eateries and shops...and really liked the short drive to Broadway. We enjoyed everything about it. Thank you.

Guitar was in tune, perfect selection of books to skim through while everyone wad getting ready for dinner. Did a great job making us feel at home. Cant say enough about the spot. Could walk to coffee, groceries, breakfast, dinner, and fun.

Perfect location in East Nashville. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Short Uber ride to Broadway. House was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay for 3 couples.

Stayed with two other couples. Hit a concert at Bridgestone, dinner and drinks around town for three straight days. Super easy to get around. Uber/Lyft access was no more than 3-5 minutes away.

Our weekend was amazing. The property was clean and well put together. Uber rides were very easy to get to Broadway. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of where we stayed. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

This is a very roomy and comfortable property. The attached garage was extremely helpful too! The Music City theme was carried through each room and was on point!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Cleo Maxwell. We love East Nashville location. The three bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodated the three couples perfectly. We each had our own shower and toilet. The condo is clean, the decor is so cute. There are also two nice upper decks to sit and have coffee. We loved every bit of it! We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was lovely...open and airy, in a safe neighborhood, and an easy uber trip to most anywhere. Lots of room for six people!!! Each couple had their own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Managers were very quick to respond when my sister had an issue with the codes. All in all, could not have been nicer. One warning: many stairs, so if you have knee problems....

Our group consisted of 6 adults and this was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville. The condo has plenty of space. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Quick 10-minute Uber to Broadway. We would stay in the location again!

Nice place, the pics are pretty accurate. Quite a lot of night time activity due to the heavy population consolidation in the area but, grocies, gas, restaurants a plenty in walking distance. This condo has 3 full updated and cleann bathrooms but really low water pressure. I would recommend this condo and would use it again.. really great location too.

Easy access.

East Nashville, a little rough in some areas but always felt safe. Lots of bars, restaurants and stores that we could easily walk to.

The property itself was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to so many eateries and stores. We stayed in the back bedroom in the 3rd floor and from 1-3:00am our light kept turning on (we’d turn it off) fan would turn off (we’d turn it on) etc and the process kept repeating itself, found out the next morning the couple on the bottom floor were using their fam/light remote for their room and every time they used it, it also controlled our fan/light. Super annoying, but we thankfully got a good laugh out of it. None of the shampoos/conditioners/body washes were full and there was so much dust under the bed in our room I couldn’t stop sneezing. Outside of these things it was a beautiful home, great neighborhood, and reasonably priced. We would go back!

Location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

There were four of us visiting from Montana and enjoy the place and area. Would stay here again.

A group of us traveled to Nashville for a quick getaway. The accommodations where perfect for the 6 of us. And the location was within walking distance to some restaurants and grocery stores. And a quick Uber drive to the heart of the activities!

We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Attention to details and conveniences, often missed by other property owners, were ever present. The location was perfect including easy access to downtown attractions as well as venues on the east side. The musical decor was cool including the vinyl records from the walls we took the liberty of playing! We look forwrd to staying here again in the future.

Loved the location, we were close to grocery store, restaurants and coffee shop. Lower level bedroom bathroom very small with very minimal counter space for health&beauty.
